i placed my order online. i got a text saying my order was ready. so i go through the drive through to pick it up and the girl was telling me i have to come inside to pick up my order because it wasn’t ready. I just waited in the drive thru until she gave me it. never had this issue at the highway 100 location.

I will NEVER eat from here again!!! I ordered a emperor plate. On my way home, hadn’t eaten anything all day from being busy. they were closing & let me in. I’m a vegetarian so I ordered fried rice & chow Mien. I literally have been vomiting all day #EvenFromWater if I could give them 2 thumbs down. I would #GROSS!!!

The manager Dana or Diana, at the time was rude, and did not give us our food when we did not get it from our uber driver. Said we were lying to get free food when we showed proof. Needs better management, food was good.

The staff was so friendly and the service was quick and polite. I really enjoyed my experience there. I will definitely be stopping back. The whole place was really clean and welcoming. From the dining room to the restroom. It was truly top notch. If corporate actually reads these, this place should be a positive role model for other locations and the staff that were on tonight deserve some sort of accolades for the great job that they did. It was running like a week oiled machine.

Waited more than 30 minutes on 2 occasions after being told to pull up and it would be 10 minutes. I usually frequent this location 3-5 times a week but have not returned since the 2nd occurrence. Last visit my beef and broccoli literally had about 4-5 slivers of meat. And I do mean slivers. Disappointed as I do enjoy the the food the majority of the time.
