They have nothing in vegetarian menu not even veggies. In current scenario each and every restaurant is keeping vegan/vegetarian option and they had absolutely nothing for entree You have to eat plain rice or noodles. No protein option for vegan/vegetarian. They don’t even have stir fried veggies, only boiled broccoli. They need to upgrade the menu now

Placed an order for carryout which included teriyaki chicken…. the chicken was dry and no teriyaki sauce was provided. When I tried to call the store, multiple times, just before they closed my call was ignored and I couldn’t even report my issue. Maybe don’t ignore late phone calls next time? Also start actually providing teriyaki sauce on/with the chicken.

Tried to dine in at this location. Front doors were locked drove around through to the drive-through asked why the doors were locked and was told that they were open. Definitely locked. The girl in the drive-through said that I was just too weak to open the doors. I told her to F off and I would eat somewhere else. She thinks she’s funny but she’s gonna cost us location a ton of money in the long run. Definitely don’t need to keep this worker I’m a business owner myself, and that was unacceptable behavior by an employee of a company. And a minuscule employee at that. It amazes me to even think that these people get close to $15 an hour. No skill, no talent and demand more money than a person starting out in a trade.

Ordered two bigger plates and the portions were so small, not sure if it was a new person working or they are just cheaping out. They should change the name to smaller plate because we were still hungry and we paid $23. Will not be going back.

Their food is good but they did not give me the food i ask for i was supposed to have the 4 side and one entree which included Sesame honey chicken orange chicken and another separate little ball of sesame chicken only got the sesame chicken and the white rice no orange chicken or the extra honey sesame chicken. What an awesome customer service team and cooks. Do super busy last night about 7:30pm but that staff was friendly and helpful. Those 5 employees were working their butts off with a never ending line of customers. Very impressive team. Hope your employer gives you all a raise

This location never fails to be super unenthusiastic about working drive up. Then when you tell them everything you want including sauce they manage to not give it to you. Then look at you wildly when you’re still at the window and ask for the sauce you asked for originally. The workers are not motivated to work here at all and it shows in the work they do and body language they put out. Food was good though.
