I used to work Panda Express and when I worked we always made fresh and new food for customers when an entree runs out. This Panda refused to make any new food 1 hour before closing. If regional manager found out about this they would be getting their behinds handed and manager put on spot. Most food are almost out and they refuse to make anything new while already cleaning the shop. Either someone didnt do inventory correctly or this franchise Panda does things their own way.

Joshua who checked us out wasn’t very on top of it. He only gave the two of us one fork and one fortune cookie and also didn’t ask us if we wanted any sauce. I went back up and waited for someone to come help me get what we should have already gotten. Multiple employees walked past and made eye contact but didn’t stop to ask what I needed. I then reached over the counter and grabbed the fork myself.

This place is a joke,,, we had someone run and lock the door as we tryed to enter at 8:24 and told we could use the drive through, that already had 6 cars in line ,, as we waited and decided what to order, only to find out they had 3 THINGS AVAILABLE ….WHY POST YOUR OPEN UNTIL 9 PM IF YOU DON’T HAVE FOOD AVAILABLE TO SELL AND YOUR LOCKING OUT THE CUSTOMER???
