The new steak was pretty good, a little salty but satisfied the craving. Line was a little long and they only had one person doing orders up front. She was working really hard, we just felt bad she had to work a line of at least 15 people.

Those who left one star reviews where right. This location at Maplewood Mall always has a long line and plenty of online orders, but the Orange Chicken was hard as a rock and should be renamed Orange Blackened Chicken, and I asked for another chicken egg roll since the one they gave me was too well done. She says they are all the same, but she let’s me choose another. Terrible food, terrible service. Seriously Maplewood Mall location. You are the worst and you lost another customer and gained another one star review.

I don’t usually get food from here because the line is nearly always long but I decided to get some today for the cravings. Ordered 3 Togo plates. My wife was enjoying her plate when she bit down on a hard plastic found in the fried rice. Looked like a piece of cabbage from the lomein but upon further examination it was a thick plastic possibly from a bag. This place seems to be having worse quality control every time I eat here. Few years ago I also found a few pieces of hair in my rice. This will probably be my last time eating here.

Waited over 20 minutes behind a bunch of people with nobody being helped in those 20 minutes. The workers were just packing orders for takeout maybe? Ignoring everyone in line. People just standing around and waiting for their order. Why don’t yall just close in person dining and do takeout orders only when you don’t care about the customers right in front on your face?? Finally after 30 minutes, there was no white rice. Ridiculous.

Been here a few times, and everytime the food has been hot and fresh. Of course there always seems to have a line, and it is always tempting to go back. Of course, this time, I decided on just ordering something simple, and just getting one entree. Which happened to be orange chicken. I couldn’t wait to get home, and have my simple meal. It tasted so good and fresh that I pretty much devoured my whole meal in one sitting.

I bought Asian noodles & angus steak for Cinco de Mayo dinner today at about 6:40pm. Two Asian females were working, one short and one tall. The short one was only working the register. The taller Asian girl was serving food with attitude and super angry. After waiting 15 minutes for the steak to be cooked she serves my plate. I asked for a bigger plate all together in one plate. She turns around and says you only ordered a plate with noodles and steak, I said no, I ordered a bigger plate. But no biggie just give me a bigger plate all together in one plate and I’ll pay the difference, I don’t want it for free. She kept saying I have to put it on a separate little red box, I said NO I want it all together in one plate! After her being argumentative with me she finally served my food right and I paid the difference. I had to pay taxes twice over her mistake! Hopefully The Panda Express Team reads this message and have a real serious talk with that argumentative Asian woman. She also hollered at 3 teenage black kids over a bowl they bought when I was waiting for my steak to be cooked. It’s all recorded on video tape and check my transaction purchase I paid it all with my debit card. That worker thought I wanted the food for free. She needs to change her whole attitude before a good paying customer ends up jumping over that counter and smacking some sense into her head. It’s really sad!! 05/05/2022 @ about 6:40pm.
