Had a long day at work and came to eat here … LITERALLY A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY ! Look at the orange chicken they gave me …. I asked them nicely if they could take the chicken they gave me and put a new one on not even chicken .. change the chicken nope ! They were rude and acted like I was stupid . … so I asked for a refund and guess what ?? They don’t do refunds in store . I work for a restaurant( I’m s manager ) and yes you can . The team lead or whatever he was called his so called manager … said they couldn’t give me a receipt or proof that they will refund it . But that I should get the money back in 5 days business days . So currently I’m leaving with no food and -$26 .. what a win for PANDA !!! Rude people and nasty food … never again

Went for lunch today day. Usually it’s pretty good. Got half the normal serving of orange chicken and got beef & broccoli which ended up being all broccoli and no beef. What a waste of money this trip was.

No more sweet and sour when you ask, you can only have 3 packets. When they don’t have food ready, you will wait and even then, still ZERO courtesy given with anything. But when a workers friends show up, they get all the high end treatment with extra scoops of meats, handful of packets of sauce. I think this will be my last time going to Panda for good here. They just prefer to drive away customers, over 2 extra packets of sweet and sour sauce.

Since I was a child we always go to Panda. We bought a plate, and we didn’t even try the food because we didn’t like it the way it was. We told the “manager” that if we could change it, he says no, he couldn’t change it. Ok, I tell him to give me the money back so I didn’t want it, and they tell me that they can’t return it. So I lose my money and my time. They need better customer service. I never plan to return.

Every once in a while I need my fix. THIS is my fix, always greeted graciously even when there is a flurry of orders. I enjoy the orange chicken and sweet fire chicken, but I’m a big chicken guy. Everyone should try Panda Express at least once, and if they do there is no better place to do it!

If you plan on ordering delivery through the website, it will be received by Uber eats. When you receive the wrong order, keep in mind that this store does not accept phone calls. This store does not label their deliveries and will mess up your order.

Been craving panda all day and I get off to work to come 30 minutes before close and they do not have anything.. sad, I understand getting ready to close but you should be able to fulfill customer needs under 9pm… it’s almost like you should just close early.. it’s almost like turning away customers! Nice! Also had a problem where you guys literally locked your doors early!
