I’ve been to this location several times. Today, Luis C. was working the register and he went out of his way to be helpful with the app – which wasn’t working for my visit. I really appreciated his customer service. I would definitely recommend this Panda Express location for the food and for the great customer service!

They rush you through. No food left at 6 when they close at 7. Chow Mein tasted stale and orange chicken tasted microwaved. They had no other food to choose from other than rice. I could understand 15 mins before closing, but an hour before you should have food choices.

Asked for orange chicken gave me the wrong chicken then I told them it was wrong. She started to argue with me and then finally gave me the right one but she dumped the other chicken back in the container and put the new chicken in without just dumping the whole thing and making a new one. Gross!

The Mall of America Panda Express uses different plates so you don’t get as much food as at a normal panda. It’s kinda annoying when you pay more but get less than you would at the Panda down the street by Target. But I guess that’s how it goes at the mall.

We visited this place so many times it was a great place and food was great but one male server very bad portioning food it almost gives you empty plates on the day of 4/12/2023 when the women takes order they work fast and good portions food.the day that male takes order we just scrape it and go other places

Not to sure if it was the time of day or the staff was having a hard day. But, the service was not the greatest. The line workers did not make eye contact nor did they smile at me. Not even a little fake smile. Also, I ran into the wet floor sign and I felt like the manager was laughing at me (woman in black shirt). I am from California, so it might be the culture here. Either way the food was decent. It is the only reason it got 2 stars.
