Located inside the kryzsko commons building of Winona state university. Delicious food and friendly staff. Parking is tricky if you don’t have a student parking pass. You will have to park on the street and walk a bit.

I stopped by the location while traveling back home, and pulled up into the university parking lot with no signs directing to Panda Express. Also called to see if they were open, but it went straight to voicemail. It’s probably not a real Panda Express that’s open all the time. Wish Google Maps didn’t say it was open if it’s not.
