My go to store to get some tasty Chowmein and shrimp dynamite and classic orange chicken. Sometimes the experience can be a hit and miss. Example I asked for spring rolls and they did not have any and didn’t want to make a fresh batch. Not a big deal but customer service should be kept on forefront.

Got a text message that our online catering order was ready. Associate claimed that they “just received the order” when we placed the order 2 hours ago and now we have to wait. They seem very unorganized. If they just didn’t see the order, just say so. Don’t lie about it…

Food quality is terrible. Ordered two portions of orange chicken and the pieces are so SO small. The pieces are mostly just fried batter than actual chicken, which is disappointing. The fried rice was also not fully cooked and hard.

Very rude customer service.. declined my card and yelled infront of customers that I had no money. What kind of customer service is that. Then come to find out the lady was canceling my payment because she wanted to. Got angus streak that was not cooked at all completely bloody and the Shrimp were very fishy In tastes and not good at all . Would never go again as their employees are entitled to disrespect customers. Very sad
