This place needs to either have management replaced with someone experienced or be completely shut down. This is the second time I walked out of the restaurant while waiting in line to be served. The line was out the door, not because it was popular but because people were waiting to place their order. There were only 2 tables occupied out of the whole restaurant. This was not during rush hour, this was after dinner, and on a freaking Wednesday. Eventually a gaggle of people came right behind me and I had to shift in a way so I didn’t get pinned by the door or fight for space. I looked ahead, there were still people waiting. Line didn’t move at all. No one was being served on the other side of the counter where you point and pick what you want. No one. I get better service at the DMV. Fast food my rear. I walked out.

This location needs better staff and better management. The manager, “Jacky” needs to practice better customer service. I clearly asked her for 3 plates and she quickly told me to wait about 5 minutes until the teriyaki was ready. I was completely okay with waiting since I knew the restaurant was busy but she forgot to repeat my order back to me. I waited about 10 minutes and it wasn’t until she saw me get up when she started to serve my plates. My mother asked if she could get an order of egg rolls and she directed us to ask the cashier. Do you mean the cashier with no gloves handling money ?? Anyways, I was only being charged for two plates and asked where the third one was? Both the cashier Brian and Jacky said that they only heard two plates and that now I had to wait 5-7 more minutes for a side since they ran out again. I never got an apology for having to wait so long and these two individuals were very defensive. I asked Brian for the store manager’s name and he pointed at “Jacky” who I don’t believe is the store manager. I will call in to complain about this because that is not how you treat customers. You all have a job because of the customer!!! Don’t try rushing people out by not reading their order back to them nor acknowledging the customer even being there. WORST LOCATION EVER !!!!!!

We have been coming here for 4 years. It’s gone downhill and just sad. No sweet and sour sauce, and now it’s in packets, and they run out all the time. No more cookies for the kids meal and only one option for them. Their customer service is a little lacking and portion size compared to other Pandas I have been. My Honey Seasame Chicken was dry, crisp, and over cooked, and the Orange Chicken tasted like it was missing sauce. They almost always overcook their egg rolls. Just wish someone would come in and manage and do quality control seriously. It’s a Tuesday night that gives.

I stopped in here at 1pm on a Tuesday and they weren’t that busy only 4 or so customers in line and we waited for over 10 min for vegetables. They were severely undercooked too. The broccoli was so undercooked it scratched my gum line on the right side of my mouth. Only good thing was I had a buy one get one free coupon but I’ll most likely not be back.

Childman chicken. The chicken wasn’t cooked. The manager has a meeting when I told him about the chicken. He didn’t check and see his employee. His answer was let them give you something else….. You should not be working in this place. You know what it mean chicken not cooked well.. Salmonello….

Very disappointed with Panda Express! Food is almost always great but after ordering I went to the cashier with my money and she says “Oh, I don’t have any cash in the register at this time so it’s exact change only or debit”. I told her I only have cash and she said she couldn’t give me change. Luckily I had singles and was able to make it close. WHAT A SCAM! If they get 10 to 90 cents extra from every cash customer that adds up fast! Yes I am old school and pay with cash and I’m sure alot of other people are too. Just keep that in mind when you go to Gurnee Panda Express, that’s the 2nd time they did this to me.
