I ordered few stuff for myself and my kids and they just delivered 2 plates and forgot rest order for my kids when I called them guy was unpleasant and told me if I want rest order I need to pick up when I ask him about money back he told me they didn’t return??? Ordered takeout tonight. My son wanted Broccoli Beef. I know they call it Broccoli Beef because there is more broccoli than beef but the portion of meat was ridiculous. Even my 9 year old son was not going to be filled by that baby portion of protein.

Went for lunch today. Their credit card machine was so slow and timed out couple of times before it went through. Turns out they charged twice. When I called them back manager lady was so rude she cut the phone. I called back and the explanation was she can’t do any refunds until following Monday etc. and I have to bring receipt to prove. she basically tried to talk me out of it. Food quantity is so bad as well. Basically they count the shrimp and make u feel like u r there for free food. There’s no consistency. Stay away from this place. Check you receipts. I don’t know how they survive with zero customer service and quality of the food so bad going by rest of the reviewers.

Second time here now having a bad experience. I come in and the place isn’t even busy. Only one person in sight working and items I’m ordering aren’t even stocked and I have to wait for them to be made. I could understand if the place was busy, no problem. But the fact that I have to wait for 2 unmade items to be made when they aren’t busy is just unacceptable. Im always used to being able to walk into panda, order, and walk right out but now it’s going on 30 minutes of waiting for something so simple. Panda needs to step up. The lack of hardworking people is a disgrace to the name.
