3/5 just because lately….the young women that work there don’t seem to care. I went for a pickup and my order wasn’t even ready considering I arrived a little late anyways. One girl had told me I had to wait 5 minutes for the rice….I waited and I wasn’t paying attention but the few time I looked up she kept looking. Turns out it’s because she knowingly didn’t put the white rice in my bowl. If I had to wait longer, she could’ve said so. It was disappointing and ruined my appetite.

Eating in or taking out from this location is fine. Every time I order delivery, which I do most often, my order is messed up. About 2 weeks ago I ordered 2x entries and 1 side. I ordered fried rice and received chow mein and no fortune cookies. When I called to complain, the manager offered me a free entree that I have to redeem at the location, eventhough I normally order delivery. Today 04/14/23, I ordered extra, extra, extra Sweet and Sour sauce for 2x, 2x entries and one side meal, soy sauce, 1 hot mustard and utensils. I received 1 Sweet and sour, 1 soy sauce, 1 hot mustard, 3 chili sauces and one fork and one fortune cookie. When I called to speak to the manager, all she could say was that she will speak to her staff and apologized for me not to receiving what I ordered. Not offering any comparison. I am done with this location.

Awful experience. I walk in to be 3rd in line and wait 25 minutes as I watch the employees make at least 20 door dash orders, finally I get up to order, they are completely out of teriyaki chicken, sweet and sour sauce, shrimp, and tell me they have no more left in the back. Then I proceed to wait an additional 7 minutes for them to cook food choices I didn’t even want.

This place went to sh!t. Food went down hill. Won’t ever come here here. Chew mein wasn’t cooked all the way. Chicken teriyaki was garbage. Who puts there sauce in packages and you gotta put it on yourself. Chicken egg rolls were salty ask hell. Place was dirty.

I haven’t been here in years & forgot what they serve; so I got me a plate w/2 side’s, fast service but sadly the restaurant wasn’t that clean. The employee’s were not at all friendly or helpful & they kept rushing us to quickly order.

Serving sizes are pretty small. I called their costumer service and they said they’re going to call me after 20 mins but they never did. So I called them back few times but never picked up anymore. I would like to give them 0 stars but there’s no option for it. Never order there again.

Ordered online ten minutes before arrival, had to wait 20 minutes after arrival and until I had to make a scene was ignored and then finally told that my order still wasn’t ready and it was because they didn’t have chicken ready. Yet I watched them serve ten people their orders that had the same chicken that has arrived after me and were walk-ins not preorders. Manager was very rude. #pandaexpress corporate fire her and restructure how they take care of orders here.

This is really good place to have Chinese food. I love the Orange chicken, had orange chicken from other Chinese restaurants and the one from Panda Express is always above any of them. This place is good and clean and the food is also very warm when I visited. Looks like everything is freshly made.

Aside from mobile app ordering having issues and pickup not being ready for 20 minutes after quoted time, everything else was positive. Do not order ahead, instead order inside the restaurant and you won’t be upset. Food is hot and taste is great. The multiple times we have been here they are out of sweet & sour sauce and fortune cookies.
