This particular Panda Express location seems to be the only one that has good quality control out of all the locations I’ve visited over the last 2-3 years. The noodles here always seem like they are freshly cooked! Other Panda locations… not so much. Long, fresh strands of noodles here with minimal cabbage. Other recent Panda locations: reheated soggy slop with bits of noodles, all cabbage, & all covered in oil. The Orange Chicken & the Teriyaki Chicken that I ate from here MANY times over the last 2-3 years was always amazing! Drink machine awesome, location always clean. Good parking & in a really pleasant part of Lombard.

Spent over $200 for our work lunch that was supposed to be a treat for doing a a job well done. Not only did they forget things out of our order…We called and they said o let us right down your name and you can come back to get the 1 container of rice and 2 chicken eggs rolls which was all this one lady order from our office. Just called to go pick it up for her because she didn’t get anything last time……was very rude over the phone and then did/would not let us come get the food so disheartening when you spend money like that and then to get treated that way disgusting

This Panda Express location is usually on its game when it comes to having their food fresh and ready, although I do get a soggy chow mein every once in a while, and the entrées can dry out a bit on the really slow days. For the most part though the food is good. They always have a nice selection of entrée choices, my favorites being the honey sesame chicken and the Beijing beef.

Staff was really nice. Orange chicken was too sweet for our liking but the food was fresh. Kung Pao (Savoury) chicken was really good and so was Beijing Beef (slightly sweet). We thought that the quantity of large chowmein was not “large” enough so we ordered two extra but overall it was a nice experience.

I wish I could leave less than one star. I have my own opinion on masks which led to a small confrontstion with the staff. I wanted to eat so I went to my car and got a mask. When I returned the situation escalated and the person behind the counter had a terrible attitude problem the entire time they were preparing my order. After paying for my meal I informed the young man that I stayed and completed my order because I was starving but would very likely not return and he said “Don’t worry we don’t care.” That’s fine they don’t have to care. However, if they don’t care about me as a customer this location doesn’t deserve my business. I’m speaking only about this location not panda express as a company I enjoy their food for what it is and eat a lot of it. All of that said I will never ever again visit this location and deal with their rude staff again.
