8 workers wondering around and nobody cares what is going on. They gave me one of my orders and asked to wait 5 minutes for the next item which someone supposed to be cooking now. I looked at the kitchen and nobody was there doing anything. Finally after 15 minutes the cook showed up to prepare the food.

I pre-ordered my food for pickup got there 10 minutes early told the employee my name and was advised they were going to be making it waited for an hour as they continued to take walk ins and disregarding me standing and waiting with my toddler… and then when it was close to closing time they had the nerve to ask me what I ordered because nothing came up for me…and the employee said he was embarrassed for me, told them what I ordered and we got the bottom of the barrel of what was left and I had to substitute 3 things that I ordered because they didn’t want to make anything! my kids were very upset because they didn’t get what they wanted worst service ever!

Delivery. Family package, 2 chicken entrys, 1 beef and brocolli, fried rice, and greens. This meal was nasty! Tossed anything with brocolli. It was bad. The beef was slimy. Rice was tasteless, which was at least edible. Chicken was inconsistent, like old chicken nuggets in sauce. A WASTE OF MONEY. Go anywhere else.

It’s just okay for a chain restaurant. But there are quite a few Chinese restaurants around town that are a lot better and give bigger portions. But you are going to spend a lot more. You get what you pay for.

Giselle and Ciara are great BUT this place never ever have the Chicken Teriyaki.. its 430 in the afternoon.. no chicken teriyaki and crab Rangoon.. poorly managed! Disappointing because this is the only Panda around the area. What are the cooks doing?

Ordered something to be delivered through their app. The deliverer was great, but there were things missing from my order. I called them about it, and they told me there was nothing they could do about it. Didn’t even offer anything to alleviate the inconvenience. Also, the meat portions were VERY small (smaller than usual). This was my 1st and last interaction with this branch.
