I like this location because it is spacious compared to other locations. The restaurant was pretty clean. Everything looked freshly made probably because it is a pretty busy spot. I had my favorites chow mein, walnut shrimp, and Angus beef. I never knew they charge extra for walnut shrimp and Angus steak. I paid one and a half dollars extra for each additional side dish.

I went through the drive through and was told there would be a 10 minute wait since they ran out. I ended up waiting 30min and no one even knew I was waiting! To accommodate for the wait I was given a coupon that EXPIRED in 2022 and I did notice how the manager reacted towards the employee that took my order, even though he looked me dead in the eyes 10 to 15min before I went in, there was more than just one person to blame. I’ll consider upping the review if the coupon get accepted but it is expired so…I guess we’ll have to see.

This newer Panda location is really nice! They are always stocked with fresh food, and they have a drive-through window! Super convenient for parents on the go! Use the rewards program and you can earn some free upgrades or food pretty quickly.

We placed an order online then at the drive through we’ve been told to wait. 5 cars have been through and gone with orders, people were coming in after us and coming back with orders and we are still waiting. Went inside in stuff just standing around doing nothing and order still not ready. Lazy and disorganized. This “fast food” place definitely isn’t fast. Over 30 minutes.

The portion size is absolutely ridiculous! $10 for a Panda bowl and literally there were 8 small pieces of chicken. Didn’t even cover the chow mein noodles. They get smaller and smaller every time and the price just goes up! I use to watch them put 2 full scoops of chicken in there now it seems like a half of a damn scoop. Waste of money!

Went to Drive thru today & again can only accept cash. Then went to order & 10 min wait for pepper steak(AGAIN)…never keep it filled!!! Ya’ll need to get it together! Last time we got over cooked eggrolls & under cooked spring rolls…called & all they said was sorry!! I’m done!

2nd time getting the pepper steak and seems they are skimpy on it. Swear when I get orange chicken there’s more. Plus my order wasn’t what I was asking for today portion wise.

Orange chicken cannot be beat. Period! Hour before close and we had to hunt for a garbage can to throw away our trash because they had covered all but one so they didn’t have to empty them again. Seems kinda crazy since they had a solid hour left before close and people were still coming in regularly.

My wife, a friend, and I went to the new Morris Panda Express for lunch. This Panda Express opened for dine-in service within the last few weeks, more or less. Upon entering, I saw a sigh, which stated “Due to coin shortage we are only accepting exact change and card payment”. (See included photo). My friend only had a twenty dollar bill with which to pay for her food. As a result, I paid her bill with my credit card. I can’t think of any other business in recent history that had an “exact change” sign displayed. If everybody else can give change, I don’t know why, with proper planning, this establishment can’t. After ordering our food, we moved to the cash register area, where the bottled drinks were. There were only a few bottles of water, one bottle of some red colored drink, and a few cans of something. (See included picture). The cashier said that was all they had and that the soft drink machine was out of order. Bad planning. We all got bottled water. That certainly wasn’t my first choice, but beggars can’t be choosers. The food was mediocre, in my opinion. I doubt I’ll be back.
