LITERALLY, every time Hanna works, you get half the amount per every meal. I just purchased food for the third time while she works and she doses out the smallest portions, LITERALLY half of what others give. PLEASE SOMEONE TALK TO HER…if I see her working again, I am leaving immediately. 6 pieces of chicken per each type of meat on a plate!!!!!! This is pathetic

Never order a pick up there! They always are late even if you order in advance, but at least you get the food. This time I ordered 2hours prior, was charged, got text message that order is ready, came to pick up and was told that they don’t even have anything from my order. What a system is that?

Tried ordering through their website, accidentally ordered pick-up instead of delivery. Wanted to call them to cancel the order. Called 6 times and nobody is picking up. Why have a phone number if clearly nobody is near the phone? Better customer service would benefit this location.

Sheer disaster in customer service ! We had eaten lunch at this location a week ago. Had a positive experience so I filled out the feedback survey and therefor received an email with a barcode to receive 1 free entre on our next visit when we order a 2 entre plate. NICE !!
