Staff literally racially profiled my family based on our appearance we had asked for honey walnut shrimp for 2 of our 3 plates and the girl taking our order told us that they didn’t not have any more so I asked if they were making any more because I could wait and she said no we are not making any more (It was 1:30 before close) so we just had to get a different entree. But once we paid a couple came in and they asked for honey walnut as well and they didn’t have any once again but this time the girl offered to make them some. I will definitely never be coming here ever again worst location.

I love Panda but this was terrible. Food isn’t flavorful, they got my order wrong, asked for sweet tea and got unsweetened. I don’t know anyone there why would they do that to me. Getting unsweetened tea instead of sweet tea is one of the most disrespectful things someone in the food industry could do to you. Pandas gotta step it up

First off, just want to give praise to the Panda Express in Wheaton (Danada). Super friendly and generous staff. They had plenty of options and had plenty of chow mein at 815pm, when they close at 9pm Worth driving the 10 extra min to avoid the severely subpar Naperville store.

It was fine. We showed up a bit too close to closing time and the options were a bit limited. The items were labeled incorrectly, which confused my wife. But food was fine and staff was nice. I don’t blame them for my timing.

Terrible location!!! Inside is always “closed” for various reasons…. forcing everyone to use drive-thru. Out of many entrees 30 min before closing… with no offer to prepare more. Staff often is goofing around… no regard for customers. Avoid this location!!!

For the past couple weeks when I will pull up to the drive- thru usually in the evening between 7:30- 7:45pm. The staff would claim that they are now serving a limited menu! And would name the 4 items that they have available! I complained to them that this happens every time at this location ONLY! And that I don’t eat any of those items ! I believe the staff is lazy and does not care about customer satisfaction! But getting home early! I then drove to the Aurora location that was still serving their full menu ! And was busy as in comparison to the Ogden location empty parking lot and drive thru because the chased all the potential customers away ! Most went to the Panera or the Chinese restaurant close by! I definitely will not be traveling there again. Corp need to look at there sales receipts from 7:30 to 9 pm and they will see the same items being sold ( limited menu) and nothing more , it’s dinner time for most family around this time and this Panera missed the mark! Don’t waste your time going to that location !

I guess I was racially profiled and that’s very sad and unfortunate, I placed my order through the drive thru and found out there’s was no utensils In the bag and no napkins as well. I wish I hadn’t driven far away before checking my meal, I would have returned it but I had to trash it since I couldn’t eat it with my hands. Now I am left still very hungry, very sad and unfortunate experience!
