This is my first time to Panda. The front guy named Derek was absolutely awesome and welcoming. He explained everything with such excitement. I hope the owners reward him for this enthusiasm and great customer service because he deserves it. Employees make or break a place, Derek falls into the MAKE category within seconds of someone walking in the door.

Stood only 1 in line, just to be ignored for over 5 minutes., while they waited on drive through customers. Wanted the steak but it keep getting scooped up for drive through. Only 2 little pieces of steak left and they want me to pay extra.

I always have a good experience here. Every customer service encounter is always a positive one. HOWEVER, I had to give 4 stars for the inconsistency in the flavors of whatever I order that day. I normally order chow mein, Sweet Fire chicken the green bean sesame chicken. Sometimes the sweet fire has no heat & tastes like orange chicken & other times it’s perfect. Same with other items. I don’t like the mystery behind having a taste for something & getting the taste of something else.

I hadn’t yet visited this location, so I decided to satisfy my cravings and give it a go. The drive thru took a little while, but I remained positive considering most places are closed by 8pm nowadays due to short staff (especially in the fast food industry!). Anyways, leaving this review because Derek made my experience very pleasant. When I arrived at the window I complimented his customer service as some of the best I’ve received in like.. 2 years. He told me “Thank you, I like to try and give a pleasant experience because I believe it makes everyone’s day a little bit better” SO SHOUT OUT TO YOU MAN. Your positivity is glowing and I wish you nothing but happiness in your future endeavors! Coming from a patient 22yr old.

The location appeared modern, upkept, and clean. Staff were nice andappeared well groomed. The food was served hot and fresh and was delicious! The Manager, Emily, was very nice, professional and she smiled the entire interaction. She’s wonderful and a breath of fresh air! Thank you!
