There service sucks the waiters have a very bad attitude. They want to give you more vegetables then noodles my portion was very small so I asked for more even said I would pay for Skye got an attitude and walked away never came back to complete my order another young lady walked up and I explained to her she had an attitude as well and told me that it would have to be counted as one of my sides dropped very little on my plate and took it to the register without seeing if I needed anything else by that time I was very agitated my daughter was hungry so I just paid and left .I called to speak with a manager they put a kidd on the phone

Our food was fresh, hot, and delicious. Staff were friendly and we barely had to wait. All the food was fresh and they were working hard to keep everything full. Overall it was a great experience. We will definitely be back to this location!

I don’t know why it is. Every time I go there they are at the bottom of the pan and want to give me all vegetables when I order the Angus steak. Or anything else for that matter. It’s like it doesn’t even occur to the people working behind the counter that if the main ingredient on the dish someone is ordering is no longer in the pan. You need to get a new pan. They act like they’re doing you. Such a big favor for doing that. Don’t go unless you’re ready to walk inside and be assertive that you want what you actually ordered. If you can’t do that, this place is a waste of time. Poor service and often poor food.

Worst visit to panda ever! Went inside, No line, Took about 10 minutes to get help, they were out of honey walnut shrimp (my favorite), tried the black pepper steak and spring rolls, steak was extremely chewy and had no real flavor, rice was dried out, spring rolls were mushy on the inside like they were defrosted, trash cans were overflowing, very disappointed! I probably won’t ever be going back to this location.

I ordered from here for the first time and last. I was so disappointed with the chicken teriyaki, I couldn’t eat it and threw it away. Wasted $18.00. The chicken was a Strang gray color with fat. Tasteless fried rice. I’d been better off to wait until I got off work.

This pandemic has caused long drive through lines with this establishment. However, long drive through lines mean tasty food in this instance. You can also call in orders & pick up in the parking lot. At this location normally the cars wait around the far edge of the parking lot. Not during my recent visit. There should be a sign directing the drive through traffic along the far edge of the parking lot so more vehicles can enter. Also suggest you guys set up Apple Pay for quicker checkouts.

I brought a bus load of students from Glenwood, Iowa on Easter Sunday and every restaurant in the area was closed. Pandas drive through was open but the manager was kind enough to open the lobby for my students. They were understaffed and overworked but the food was excellent, came out quicker than expected and my kids were very thankful. We will stop here every time we pass through from now on. Thank you Nelson!!!

This place is a joke. They are always out of something, the food they do have has been sitting for some time, the place is dirty, and the employees are rude. Megan needs to learn how to talk to customers.

Panda Express does Chinese food franchise chain restaurant style. The Orange chicken is yummy. Some of the other stuff is ok. The restaurant seems nice and clean inside.
