There were two plates that were ordered through Doordash and coming from panda express they put a sticker on a plate that had orange chicken and fried rice and I open my plate to see just fried rice so someone held my food absent its orange chicken and stuck a sticker on it that said orange chicken and proceeded to put the plate in a bag for me the customer. Not only this I called twice to speak to an employee and it was allowed to ring until it went to Voicemail both times.

I’ve been to many Panda’s over the years and this one is okay. Good customer service and generally speaking a clean store as well. I have to knock off one star though for subpar sweet and sour sauce and flavorless spring rolls this time. Not sure what’s going on in the kitchen, but something needs to be looked at. Overall, I would recommend this place for a quick lunch.

From your dasher in Mt Vernon do not waste your money . Tried their fried rice. The worst I have ever had. I have eaten at just about every Chinese restaurant from breeze to mt.vernon and this by far is the worst so glad I didn’t order anything else and waste my money .the rice had no flavor. I could have made better fried rice at home .the employees were nice, restaurant was clean, but food no no no won’t do it again . did not want to post a rating of I could have would have given it zero stars for the food

Service at 1:00 pm was dismal. The girl cleaning the counter didn’t even look at me as I waited patiently by the food. Finally, the drive thru young lady/manager had to come over to take my order. They seemed put out I was there. The final straw was the shattered fortune cookie I received with my order. Avoid this place like the plague.

I ordered a bowl and 3 plate dinner. My bowl was noodles and chicken, green beans. It was 3 pm. bowl 3/4 full. 3 tiny pieces of chicken, very view beans. I interrupted their break and on phones. No one was available to take my order!!! Terrible service!!!!

Stood in line for 10 minutes. Another lady with like 5 kids walked in probably 5 minutes after me and they were served before me. I was buying lunch for 7 co workers. I walked out and ordered fazolis. Employees don’t have any situational awareness of their customers. We won’t ever do business with them again. Also, Goodluck getting in their drive through if you’re in anything bigger than a skateboard. Whoever designed that needs to have their construction license pulled.

This Panda Express seems quaint. I had their limited / new Sichuan chicken. It was relatively good. As always the Beijing beef and orange chicken did the trick. I often mix my chicken or entrees with my chow mein because that and the rice are after bland without it. The service was decent and had nice ppl working. I may come back here if I make a trip from St. Louis.
