Crunch hard as a rock rice almost every time. With the price of food going up we cannot afford it if we continuously get food that is no good. I remember when they first opened they were great but the last few years we have been constantly getting crunchy white rice. It’s a complete waste of my money if I cannot eat my food and my husband does not have great teeth and he really cannot eat crunchy rice.

Placed an online order for pickup in an hour. When I arrived the order STILL wasn’t ready. Like they know the pickup time, can’t they manage to have the items collected? Anyways, after waiting and receiving order.. it was correct. Now for food, the orange chicken was by far the best and only thing that I would return for again. Fried rice is extremely dry. Black pepper Angus steak was so tough to eat. Grilled chicken teriyaki (so plain and undercooked), honey sesame chicken breast was nice however peppers were raw. Veggie Spring Rolls & chicken egg rolls well not what I was expecting. Not the typical authentic type I’m use to. So this wasn’t a WOW restaurant. BUT.. I will return sometime for that orange chicken

Service is always great but when a fast food is out of the stuff they sell then that is not okay especially at an early hour. There is no reason to be out of chicken and more than just one type of chicken at that.

Food is good, but they’re almost always out of something. Specifically, they’re often out of honey walnut shrimp and fried rice around dinner time. It’s really surprising to me how frequently they run out of fried rice, seems like something they’d want to keep in stock.

They usually have great service and great food employees are also nice when we go. But tonight they had all the doors locked no signs on either door. This was around 5pm. This has also happened to us about a month ago also both doors locked and no signs stating no dine in. They were open had a few cars in the drive thru and one car waiting for their food on the side of the building..

Delicious food, quick service, inexpensive prices–this place is great! It’s not the best example of authentic Chinese cuisine (there’s other places for that in Carbondale), but it’s good at what it’s good at, which is being quick, inexpensive American-style Chinese food.
