This place has horrible customer service. For the past three times I went there I either didn’t get served, or I would be waiting for 30 minutes. Finally, when it was my turn they never had food made and ready to serve! They need more workers. Overall not the best. I have been to other locations, and their customer service was much better. You should take lessons from the Sunset Hills location; their service is always great, and they ALWAYS keep their food ready for their customers!

This place is extremely disappointing. Not only did we not get half our food but the service was terrible. We were missing two of our meats from our order and what meat was there was extremely fatty and gross. Not to mention when we pulled up to pay not much was said, just a hand held out for payment and a bag of food given back. I’ve never had such an experience at a Panda Express and today showed me why this location has such bad reviews. I would highly suggest checking on management and staff here cause clearly something is very wrong.

Got there 25 minutes before close and the workers seemed like they had no idea what they were doing and once it was finally time for us to order they refused to make more of what we wanted even though we had to wait 15 minutes to even get waited on. this is ridiculous and not how you run a business.

3rd time I’ve been shorted on my $12 large order of spring rolls. Only got 4 the first time, 6 the second, now 2 this time. My door dash driver was even assured the order was correct. No voice-mail system setup up to complain so I have just wasted money over and over with nothing fixed. I love this chain but can’t stand this foolishness!

It’s hard to give them any rating, as I haven’t actually had the food. The last 4 times I’ve gone here, they’ve been out of multiple items, usually white rice recently. It’s like they won’t cook any more for the last 2 hours they’re open. I even asked if they’ll make some more, and was told it’ll take too long, pick something else. Last time I came I also didn’t get food, as they closed an hour early due to staffing issues according to a sign they put up on the door. I’m personally done trying, this place’s management needs to get their act together badly
