I wish they would attend to the customers better. They were not busy. We were the only ones standing in line. There were 3 attendants but they acted like we were not there. We almost left when finally someone came to take our order after 5 minutes.

Really thought this place outgrew their streak of food poisoning but I trusted this location for the last last time. Yesterday I ate and today I had diarrhea 4 or 5 times this morning. I don’t understand how hard it is for y’all to make sure the meats arent so old or bad that it causes literal food poisoning. This is something that the health department is gonna need to look at because one of these days you’re gonna cut corners and kill someone.

My husband sat in the drive through from 5:40-6:26. He ordered two orders of kung pao chicken, (they were out of everything he went for and only had a few things available) after he left he realized they gave him one order of chicken and two orders of rice. The rice is super dry with no flavor. We never complain but this was the worst experience. Last time I went they had a long wait and were out of what my daughter wanted too.

Dining room closed so had to use drive-thru. After a 15 minute wait for orange chicken, they brought my order to me. When I got home found out they only gave me condiments. The meals were missing!! Couldn’t get in touch with anyone as they wouldn’t answer the phone & the drive-thru lane was wrapped around the building.

After 50 minutes in drive thru. 7 cars ahead of me in line. The orange chicken was too spicy to eat. The manager needs to just stay home or get their head out of you know where. Did you train people to make noodles dry and almost crunchy.

Had ordered and paid for bigger plate. I had selected beef broccoli Kung pao chicken, mushroom chicken and the chow mein. Had also ordered spring rolls. Never got the spring rolls and as you can tell from picture I only got 2 of the items I ordered. What a rip off definitely will never order from them again. And anyone else considering please do not waste your time or money on this joke of a restaurant. If I could give zero stars I would have.
