Worst food ever! They were out of cream cheese rangoon,so they made some fresh. The girl that went on break, totally forgot that I ordered them while I sitting directly in front of me on her phone stuffing her face. I should have not bothered! No taste and pretty hollow! The stir-fried rice and orange chicken were extremely dry, like they had sat there for 2-3 hours! Absolutely the nastiest food ever!!! I took the rest home to my dog, now I am rethinking ever giving to him!!!! By the way I was the only customer in there, should have taken that as a sign!!!!!

Disappointed. Food was mediocre, but that’s not the problem. They are always out of items, wait times are long, and staff is unfriendly. When asking for condiments, utensils, or adding to your order at the window they will rush you or close the window quickly and not ask if you have everything you need. This has happened a few times now, and we won’t be back.

This place never and I mean never has some items available! Specifically teriyaki chicken. Either the chicken isn’t available or they don’t have sauce…… this must be a Washington thing cause other sites doesn’t seem to be a problem. Perhaps it’s a Washington curse? So many fast food places seem to only be 70% effective these days……

Food is terrible, customer service is terrible! The place closes early, and barley ever has the food you want. At one point only had 3 menu options. Soda taste like cardboard. Purchased chicken today that was slimy and was told they cold not do a refund, only replace the slimy chicken. I do not recommend this restaurant to anybody visiting Washington MO.

It is ashame that this franchise is allowing this location to ruin their reputation. It is not being managed. The last couple times I have gone there, they are out of almost everything! What is the point in staying open. But last night was almost comical. They were out of 2/3 of their entrees. Plus they had no drink cups. So I asked why. They responded that there were only two of them (high schoolers) working and they close in 90 minutes!! So I got an entree that they had. We Drove off and realized they didn’t give us any utensils. You guessed it…they were out of them too! Management should be fired.

This piece of cabbage was in my daughter’s meal which was her lunch. It measures 3 1/2” x 2” . It took up a good portion of the bowl. The manager, Matt said he is the one that scooped it up for us. It ruined her lunch and when I called for a replacement meal he only offered to give her some new noodles. We do not live around there and were just there shopping and she was just visiting so why would she want to drive for half and hour for a bowl of noodles. He acted like I was lying about the cabbage size and I offered to send proof. It is bad business and they are rude.
