It is hit and miss I go there for chicken teriyaki which is very very good but every other time I go there they don’t have any today they told me it was still frozen last week they told me the cook didn’t show up to cook it but they had everything else and then the week before that they told me they didn’t get a truck and then the week before that they told me they ran out the chicken teriyaki but it’s like they don’t want to cook it My coworker just told me the same thing today he’s been having the same problem so either they’re in business to serve their entire menu or they need to just go away. I just went back today August 4th and I asked him why they were out of chicken teriyaki again and the guy told me it just takes too long to make it’s too difficult they don’t want to make it so I asked for the district manager’s phone number they gave me 800 number to complain they just don’t want to make it He told me point blank they don’t want to make it unbelievable how they get away with this. At least someone was honest and told me the truth this time.

The food is decently good, but that’s about the only good thing about the place… The service sucks. All the workers have this extremely bored tone and they’re not friendly. They run out of food often, including white rice–which baffles me. If you’re willing to put up with rude workers and are able to be flexible in the food you’re going to eat (chances are, they won’t have your original order), then I look up to you and your patience and recommend.

Order on the app. Headed to restaurant, the doors were locked. Had to wait in drive thru (20 minutes) the order taker listed off about 10 items they don’t have, I said” well I have a mobile order and it’s ready to be picked up.”

We got there and they were out of white rice. Then we stood at the counter for a while as all 6 staff just ignored us. Once they finally said something, we asked for soy sauce. Turns out they were out of that too. This was a basic Tuesday at like 6pm and it wasn’t super busy or anything.

the absolute worst location. went multiple times giving them the benefit of the doubt and thinking it was just a bad day for them. any time i went, it was early in the day and they were out of pretty much everything. how are you out of everything by 12? wouldn’t you offer the customer to make more? i know other locations have. the stuff they did get was horrible!! soggy, mushy, you don’t even know what you’re eating to be honest. this place has also been closed plenty of times, hours before their scheduled close time. save your money, make the drive to another location. never going back to this one.

If I could give negative stars it would still be too many. This is by far the worst restaurant ever. I went on a Sunday for a quick bite but it was anything but quick. When u finally made it to the drive up menu there was a sign taped to the menu that says, they only had white and fried rice, beef and broccoli and a couple of chicken entrees. Before taking my order, the worker tells me they only have fried rice after a very long wait in line. I ordered the beef and broccoli bowl w/ fried rice since I had been waiting forever and when I got home to eat it, it was gooey and stuck together, the beef was far and few between and the carrots and peas in the fried rice were not right. It could’ve just been the disdain for the bad rice and lack of beef. That was my very last time going to that place, EVER.

My only complaints are that their fried rice was pretty old and kind of clumped together. However, it was still good if you take a bite of the rice with something else. I.e. their cream cheese (no crab) Rangoon or some chicken. Their soy sauce from packets didn’t taste right though. My 2nd complaint is that quite a few tables were dirty with food on them- we had to ask someone to wipe off the table. The young man that served us though, was amazing! He was incredibly nice, he let me try a tiny piece of orange chicken to see if it was too spicy for me. He said he was the one that normally cooks the food but he didn’t that day, he was serving instead. He was delightful. I may come back just because of him.

The time was5:15 pm… We ordered 2 plates last night. This is what the steak and broccoli looked liked. The Shrimp was a lite better but not good . Extremely disappointed.we have been unable to get through on the phone. ate a few bites and started to feel sick. Highly recommend do not eat at this location. Paid $26 . I normally never complain but feel it is a health risk here.

This place is just awful. Ordered at the drive thru and of course they are out of stuff at 1230 in the afternoon. Took it home and the egg rolls were burnt, Beijing beef burnt, no kind of sauce on broccoli beef, rangoons were cold. Had to drive back, and get all new food. The egg rolls were still burnt. Im suspecting they gave me the same one. I hate this place and will never go again.
