The place is heavily understaffed. They don’t allow people to go in half the time because they don’t have enough workers so you have to order at the drive-thru. Customer service is mostly fine besides one time where the girl was rude to us while taking our order. Another time we tried calling and they never picked up despite clearly being open. The food is great, but that’s about it.

The drive thru worker was super sweet!! Don’t know her name but she was workin at 3:00 today!! The food is actually decent especially when your craving it! Only complaint I have is every time I go they seem to always be low staffed.. however the girls that work there are always so sweet !! Give them a raise

Expectations: long lines (30 min) at peak eating times, no sign when running out of food within hour of closing. Workers are trying their best but management seems to suck. Teriyaki chicken was more like bourbon chicken. Much better than the breading with some chicken for all the other stuff.

I come through the drive thru and they ask me to wait for a little and I did. 10min go by and I ask if they’re ready and I get no response, I try again a couple of times and I get absolutely radio silence. I tried to call the store but it wasn’t going through. This store has terrible customer service and management. If you can, avoid coming to this store. I just wasted 20min of my time when I could’ve went to a different location

Wouldn’t even bother they don’t have the inside open anymore and the line is always wrapped around the building in the most inconvenient parking lot definitely wouldn’t try to go on your lunch break you will definitely be going back to work hungry

I guess it depends on who is working will decide the quality of service you receive. I stop by to get my son a you pick two before I went to work, he just called very upset. He said mom this food is disgusting. I think they gave me some food that was just sitting out. The noodles was extra dry the chicken was disgusting and did not taste done. I just tried to call and they won’t even answer the phone. I called four times. This is a fairly new location and this is a horrible place to eat. I do not recommend It.
