Well, I must admit that my husband and I have any eaten here many times, and this time we were disappointed. Serving size was good but food was just OK. The noodles did not have the flavor that they normally do and appeared different. Our online order asked for sweet-and-sour sauce and fortune cookies and got none. Also, found out through the app that the Branson Hills location does not participate in the rewards program. Why use the app if you’re not going to get rewarded? Won’t be doing that again.

The food is great, but when they say it will be 20 mins, i expect it around there. It took almost 1 hour and 10 cars later we got are food. I will be going again and give them another shot.

The portions were so tiny and the price was so high. It really was not worth the money. The flavor in the food wasn’t good either (noodles and rice). The employees were nice but don’t respond well to questions. Also, the tea machine was out and there were no bottles of tea either.

Just waiting 15 minutes for fresh steak to be made. Once i got home, there was only two piece of steak on each plate. And the Orange chicken was so hard that it was unedible, new staff im assuming also not the friendlies

Sat in the drive thru line 15 mins behind the car in front of us before they finally moved without giving an order. Their drive thru doesn’t allow you to leave. Ridiculous. Love the food but they lost at least three vehicles worth of business. Worthless.

Slow service. The person at the window was friendly. Paid $2 for an egg roll and it wasn’t in the bag when I got home. The walnut shrimp was dry and the teriyaki chicken was cold. Chow Mein was fresh.

Worst experience ever I’m from Shreveport Louisiana and the one down there is way better. Didn’t give me the right food almost landed me in the hospital I’m not suppose to have spicy food and they gave me the wrong food and missing a entree. Took 30 minutes waiting in the drive thru
