I got the family box. One of the boxes was teriyaki chicken. I bit into my chicken and it had a bone. The little piece that is sticking out in the picture is the bone. It made my mouth bleed. By the way this chicken is supposed to be boneless

Wow, wow, wow!!! Never in my life have I ever seen a place get cleaned so thoroughly!! We got to Panda Express about an hour before closing. They were in the process of doing their closing duties. They literally scrubbed the steel walls that surrounded where they cook. They scrubbed everything above the cooking area…vents, etc. They cleaned every inch of that place! It sure makes you feel good about eating here. The food was still fresh that late at night. And everything we got tasted very delicious. We love this Panda Express!

Somehow nobody was able to take my order despite there being nobody in the lobby or drive-thru. I didn’t want to bother the two employees outside as it seemed like they were on their break, but they didn’t seem to care that nobody was assisting me. They just watched as I waited 5 minutes in the drive-thru. Disappointed. Won’t be going back.

I remember when this opened and feeling confused when I went. They didn’t have Cashew Chicken or anything else I wanted on the menu, and what I ordered wasn’t very good quality. Panda Express is a national chain. It seemed like they didn’t know anything about the pre-existing local Chinese food scene in Springfield, MO. Maybe they make all their money from people just passing by on the highway or in college who don’t know what they’re missing? This location doesn’t need to be here, and I would often wish it would close and be replaced with something authentic to Springfield. As it stands, it’s a missed opportunity to educate people traveling through about Cashew Chicken.

My mushroom chix was the smallest portion I’ve ever gotten from a panda express and seemed undercooked and something about my chicken seemed slimy and my noodles seemed old and stale. I didn’t finish my meal but my husband ate most if his and got food poisoning. I’ll never go back to this location.
