i went through the drive through today at 6:13pm and the girl that was taking the orders was just being rude and had no type of customer service whatsoever. when we got to the window all she said was the price and handed back my food throwing the bags around and in one bag all the juices from the food poured out everywhere. this was the worst experience ever and and we were barely given food.

They close at 9, but lock doors at 8:30 and close the kitchen at 8:30 without stocking up on anything that’s almost out. Came at 8:32 and they only had enough fried rice for one meal. I’m sure that’s the most popular side option so why not make another dish before closing the kitchen? Also there were two cars behind me so it’s not like they’re so slow that it’d be wasted. Ive gone at 8:40 and they’ve been out of everything besides two entrees and white rice. Just close at 8:30 if you’re going to be out of everything. They didn’t give me a receipt so I couldn’t do a survey.

I have previously commented on Panda Express’s and it might not have been as good as they would have hoped but this is not a bad review. I stopped at the Panda Express on Stateline and my visit went well the portions were acceptable the food was very good. I can say that this was one of my pleasant visit the employees were courteous and attentive. This was an all around good visit so two thumbs up Panda Express.

I come here often for lunch because it’s close to work, and after visiting other locations around the metro this is my favorite. The employees are always nice and polite and happily give me a healthcare worker discount because they are partnered with Children’s Miracle Network. The food is always tasty, too.
