I enjoy the food. Had a horrible experience today though, placed an online order and I drive over there to pickup, go inside and tell them my info. They say they don’t have an order, I open my email to show them the confirmation and realized that I received a second email, about five minutes before my pickup time showing the order has not been sent to the store due to an issue. That in itself wouldn’t have upset me as much as the fact that the staff didn’t really seem to care or want to help. I tried to show them the email, but one was about to go on break and really didn’t want to resolve the situation so he ignored me trying to show him. All were complacent. No one said, hey pull up your original confirmation and we’ll make it for you right now… I also had a 50% off coupon, so who knows if they would’ve applied that anyway. I was so upset at the lack of interest in the situation by the staff that I just left. Hopefully will receive a refund and plan on contacting Panda Express corporate. Very upsetting to drive all the way over there to have order cancelled five min before pickup time and staff not caring to help, even though I was very flustered.

Parking lot is too small and hard to get in and out. Customers ahead of me looked annoyed. No one was helping customers get the to go orders. The one kid at the end of the line running the register seemed very lost. Food was not worth the price and my kids did not like it. Egg rolls were burnt. Crabragoon had no taste. Also I noticed there were more entree choices in store than what you could order online.

This is on the lower end of Panda Express restaurants. They are lazy on refreshing the food. They’ll serve you old, wilted veggies if you don’t watch what you’re getting. However, if you ask for fresh, they’ll generally make you fresh. I’m a big Panda fan, so it’s hard to leave a negative review… but this is probably the worst Panda in Kansas… My family goes to Panda in Topeka, Wichita, Manhattan, and KC pretty regularly and Topeka is usually at the bottom of the list for food quality. It’s still worth going to, but don’t expect top-tier Panda Express that you may be used to. Also, a big pet peeve with this location: They’re online ordering is frequently messed up and lately they’ve only been taking online orders due to “staffing issues”… but they have quite a few people there. It was awkward last time I went in as they refused to help an older lady with her order.

Horrible noodles. We went to this location and hour before close and got smokey/burnt tasting chow mein. They also only had half of the normal options available and when asked, they said they weren’t making any more for the night. Despite having several customers in the restaurant. Absolutely horrible. I will not be coming back any time soon.

Love the food here. Usually when I go here it is not all that busy thankfully. They have always been friendly and the place is clean. However, I will never have it delivered again every time I get it deliver it ends up being dropped or something because all the food is in one pile mixed together. Also the delivery seams to give you half the normal amount of food you would get if you went to get it yourself or eat in.

It’s my goto for Asian. I’ve been to most of the Asian restaurants in town, and most are disappointing. There is nothing special about Panda other than being consistent and the food tastes like it’s supposed to. The price is reasonable as well.

While sick I ordered through grubhub and while expecting to receive the best I received the bare minimum. I called and asked why I didn’t receive everything and was told they couldn’t help me. Do not ordered from them! They do not honor their orders! In this day and age of post-COVID I expect the same experience of visiting the restaurant. I even spent more money to receive that experience. But they can’t help me. When I tasted my crab racoon it was so bad my dog turned his nose on it. Safe yourself some money and go someplace else!
