I LOVE this location is my favorite!! I travel a lot and I’ve never met another location that was so consistently friendly and welcoming and had such a good track record for getting my order right 🙂 Matthew in particular is always very friendly and remembers me every-time I come in!! Got my order wrong again today. Live kinda far away from the establishment. My son had to go back and get the right food. Just your bring it back with the receipt. No compensation for this inconvenience. This happens way too much. Read the orders and get people the right food. Every time those girls are just standing around talking. Not the first time and I’m so angry at the response. Nonchalant and no apologies.

Even though I got there close to closing time, the team on shift still went out of their way to make sure I got my order with fantastic customer service! Aiden made sure to hold the door open for me bc I thought it was locked. Jayce manned the bar and loaded me up with 2 meals. Madison and Chantazia both helped with the process and answer some of my questions, bc I’m not a regular to Panda Express. The team worked together like a well trained unit to help me and my family get a high quality dinner after a long day working in the fields at our farm. We appreciate the team members mentioned. If promotions and raises are coming in the future I recommend each of them.

So I go through the drive through at 8:25, ask if they have egg rolls and a lady over the intercom gets very rude and disrespectful claiming that the kitchen is closed and they aren’t making anymore. Mind you they don’t close until 9pm. Her tone was uncalled for and I felt disrespected. If the kitchen is closed shut off the lights and don’t allow anyone to order. If you are open I feel that you would want your customers to have what they desire if all it takes is for you to drop the egg rolls. Still like the food, but the tone was uncalled for. Maybe she was just having a bad day. I’ll try again tomorrow.

The food was seasoned well and the server did an excellent job helping us pick food for our family. I could tell the food was not super fresh but we were also there at a wierd time of day. The only thing that brought the experience down was seeing workers standing and chatting when there were tables that needed to be wiped down and trash was overflowing. We had to ask them to clear the trash so we could throw ours away. When notified they quickly came out to clear all the trash no complaints and no rolled eyes which is why I gave a 4 instead of a 3 for atmosphere. I will definitely be back.

The food is very good but some of the staff seem impatient and not very friendly or willing to explain if the customer doesn’t understand. I asked for a plate and said with, mushroom chicken and … Got cut off and the drive thru worker said rice or chowmein, I said what, and she barked out rice or chowmein again… So I said chowmein, then she asked what entrees…. Like I had tried to tell her. I don’t think she was completely outta line but had she let me finish my sentence it would of answered hers without her even having to ask. It was just her tone could’ve been nicer. The food was good and the service fast just not very customer friendly.
