I must say that the food is always good. Have great options, but what makes me really go here is the service. Every time I walk through the door I’m looking for DANIELLE. They were out of fresh rice and honey walnut shrimp but an employee instantly had the cook make more. Wasn’t too long of a weight but the customer service was great. Food tasted very good. Will be back to this location.

I got food delivered from this location. The driver was very friendly and the family feast is a really good price for the amount of food you get—2 large sides and 3 large entrees is only $35! The food arrived fresh and hot also which is always appreciated. I had a really great experience with this location!

Once they gave me egg rolls that we still frozen in the inside. I let it slide. But my most recent visit was horrible. I ordered my food at the drive thru, when I got to the window it was a different total from what was on the screen. I asked the young man who was servicing me was he sure about my total. He went OFF! Like totally lost it about how he was not trying to steal from and that the total isn’t even that much. I think he even called me broke. When I laughed and called him a child, he cursed me out and said he was a grown man.

I ordered through their website for food to be delivered. I only received half of my order. When I called, the lady freely admitted that it was her mistake bagging it up. I said I would like my food delivered not refunded. She said I ordered through Doordash so I would have to call them. I did not. I ordered through the Panda Express website. She said there was nothing she could do but refund so I can order again. I asked her so I have to pay another delivery fee and she told me yes!!

I was trying to place my order online and messed up and accidentally placed the order more than once. I called to see if the way anything I could do to cancel and switch the delivery and Christian the manager was so helpful and nice given what happened was user error. I order from this location regularly and the food is always hot and tastes great!
