If I could rate my experience at Panda Express today zero stars I would. I had 30 minute for lunch today and had been thinking about visiting panda for lunch since last week. So as I stopped for gas on my lunch break I tried ordering from the panda app but was unable to compete the order because as i tried to order a panda bundle (tried both the plate bundle and the bowl bundle) the app was stating ” make a selection for step 3, however there was no step 3 option. it listed option 1, option 2 and option 4″. as I’m typing this at home 2 hours later I’m still able to reproduce this error on the app.

We go here quite often. Food is always fresh with great flavor. Good volume of clients in the drive through, picking up to go orders and eating in. My only request would be to put sauce packets out with the drink station so you don’t have to go to check out and either wait in line or go in front of someone just for sauce for your food.

12-21-19 Lunchtime. First time at this location. Second time at a Panda Express. It took a while for me to be waited on. No one was in line but I guess everyone was busy doing something else. The lady at the counter was nice and helpful. The food was good and consistent with the other location I’ve been to. The location was clean. The bill was a bit on the pricey end but I guess worth it. I would return to this location. Overall good job.

I ordered the plate and got Teriyaki and noodles. Both so good just as i first had it. But only difference is that i first had it in Chicago. I usually visit my friends here from Texas, so a good 6-7 hr drive isnt too bad

This was first time eating here and will probably be the last the rice was definitely over cooked but proportions were good. The drive thru was extremely busy and the young lady taking my order rushed me through the process but its cool.

They are most of the time out of everything but I do chaulk that up to their food being so good. But unfortunately last night, my fiancé and I git food poisoning from here. And YES it was from here because this is the only thing I ate yesterday! Food poisoning is no fun for anyone so I don’t know if I’ll be back which sucks cause we loved this place!

Every time I come to this location there’s always excuses as to why they are out of certain products or “they arn’t gonna make any more for the day”. Me and my girlfriend bet on what excuse it’s gonna be. This location has lost my business many times. Tonight I was desperate for panda but the pandas in Texas are so much better with better portions and actually have product to serve and not just a bunch of excuses. I’d be ashamed if I was the franchisee or GM.

Erica, I would buy everything on the menu if that meant I got customer service like that every time I went there. Thank you for showing that you care about your customers and love what you do. If you haven’t been promoted then they need to get on that. If you have, you need a raise! I went here to pick up food for my husband and personally have never had Panda Express before, but after the service provided and the amazing smell of his food, I will definitely be back. Good job being a great example of what customer service should be. Jamie, I didn’t get to talk to you much, but I appreciate how sweet you were and when I was presented with too many options on sauces, you opted to just give me a little of each lol I hope the rest of the staff here are as great as you! I can’t speak on the food, but my husband seemed to love it and the smell was amazing! Great job everyone!

Just came here for lunch and I must say service was excellent! The store was really clean and the all female staff was very professional. It was slightly busy but they communicated effectively and worked as a team. The restroom was top notch in cleanliness which is always a plus and speaks volumes. Management and owners you are very blessed to have staffing to provide service like this. Good job!!!! Oh and by the way the food was flesh, hot and satisfying.
