Ordered lunch for me and my kids thinking it’d be a decent experience. I literally got just 2 small pieces of beef in my order and there’s was a couple items missing from the order. For the $30 I paid for the food I expected way better product. Never again

Great experience today with my grandmother. Kedra was very helpful with my grandmother and told her her options on getting a smaller portion of food. Jennifer was also very sweet and attentive. I loved the taste of my food today it was so fresh and flavorful. And the super greens were so good! 10 out of 10, will come back again.

Food is sub-par, but the staff was helpful & friendly. Most of what they had prepared didn’t look fresh. I got a meal with 2 entrees and 1 side. The side portion is very large while the entree portions are quite small. Especially considering the cost. You get way more food at the competitor buffet for only a couple dollars more. Definitely won’t be back.

This place can never get any good employees. They ran out if noodles and said oh when it’s ready we will bring it to you. I watched them to see how progress was going. They kept serving everyone else after the noodles arrived. I went to go let then know and she said, it was because we were waiting on the chicken teriyaki. I seen when I was ordering there was plenty of chicken teriyaki. The employee acted like she had a problem when I was telling her we were waiting in the noodles instead. It was bad during the pandemic and I hate that my daughter loves this kind of food. We won’t have to be coming here and Thank God because we will be in Florida for a few months. Please get some competent and common sense employees for when we get back in town.

We come here specifically for the Beijing beef it’s about the only dish we get so I can’t comment on anything else really . We have gotten the peppered steak and found it to have way to much pepper and gotten the orange chicken and it was too sweet compared to other panda express but that could have been dependent on who was cooking . We have only had each of those dishes 1 time from this location.

I came to pick up my food and the employee Santana was very rude and did not hand me my order. She was very irrational and I showed her my order on my phone multiple times only for her to leave my order inside the store by the drive thru window and walk off.. then another employee came to the window and asked about my order she also walked off and did not hand me my food. Her name was Kelly. They were calling me out my name all types of unnecessary slurs. For what reason idk, I just came to pick up my order. Maybe they don’t like their jobs and need new ones. Two very rude and irrational people. There was a third employee who finally was kind enough to give me my order.
