The staff was the nicest staff I had ever experienced in any Panda Express. We arrived at around 8:40ish and it closed at 9. They were extremely nice and got our orders made, plus they gave us free drinks since we would have to wait for them to make more food. They were incredibly nice and got our food made quickly and efficiently, along with allowing us to stay over 9 if we had to. They got it done though just in time. Plus the food was as great as usual. Very pleasant experience.

This location is the best Panda Express we’ve been to in every aspect. Everything was on point, from the cleanliness of the store, friendliness and attentiveness of staff, presentation of food, and taste. Everything we had was cooked perfectly and was fresh.

Could not understand server behind counter. Her English was very poor! We Waited over 30 minutes for food to be prepared after she took our order. (still don’t know if she understood what we ordered) Only wanted vegetables… NO Meat. People were coming and going with their orders as we patiently waited, so we just decided to leave. Don’t think I would trust the drive-thru there. I need to see what’s going on with my food! Nevertheless, the restaurant was very clean!

I have always liked the Panda, but today there food was really dried out and all of it was old looking. Nothing was fresh. The lady in front of us asked if they could cook something fresh for her but it was going to take some time so she got them to stir whatever entre she was getting really good before fixing her plate. I had the beef and broccoli and had to ask for broccoli because the girl didn’t put any. Was not at all satisfied with the food. For $30.00 and pretty much a fast food restaurant you would atleast get something worth eating. It was also kinda hot and stuffy in there. Overall the staff was friendly so that’s a plus.

Why are they in such a hurry at the drive thru?! It’s ridiculous. Are they trying to set a record? Are they timed? You can be fast and still provide customer service. Shoving food into customers hands and not saying a word is lame. The food is just not worth the disrespect. Never again.

Over 30 minute wait to get food and when my food was brought to my car I asked what took so long the guy just said I’m new and walked off. Usually great service but I guess when you hire people who don’t care that’s the service your going to be giving. I’ll think twice about going there again. Edit next day went to get food for someone and spoke with the manager and she apologized and made it right by discounting our order and added some extras for the inconvenience. Will give them another try in the future.
