We ordered a family meal; orange chicken, teriyaki chicken, honey garlic chicken, chow mein, and fried rice. We took it home and found that every box was mislabeled, we had 2 servings of fried rice and no orange chicken. Too far to drive back and forth again. Disappointing.

40 minutes before you close and you have no product. Can’t order online drove down to store and no product. I usually don’t have a problem. I’m usually very pleased, but that is ridiculous if you are open, you should have food if you’re not gonna make food Then close your doors. There’s preclosing and then there’s no taking care of your customers which you did today.

Sat in the driveway nearly 20 min. Finally got to order and they’re out of the drink I want. Ordered a plate dinner. Beef and broccoli entre has a single piece of beef in it that is pretty pathetic, rice doesn’t look fried at all, and everything is cold in the 5 min it took me to get home. 10/10 disappointed and would not recommend.

I waited here in line for 30 minutes and then waited in the parking lot for my food for 45 minutes. I went in to check on the food once, and they said 5 minutes tops. After 15 minutes more, I went back to the door, and it was locked. After standing there for a while, someone let me in, and I got my food, but it was a little ridiculous. I understand things happen, and I really hate to complain, but this was one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had.

The worst experience at ANY Panda Express. Employee came out of bathroom and you could tell he didn’t wash his hands. The place was busy in their drive thru but ignored in house. I stood at the counter and watched a guy make 6 meals and didn’t even bother to acknowledge or at least say give us a minute. ABSOLUTELY no leadership present.

I’m giving 5 because last nights Kung pao chicken was a 10/10 and perfection. So I wanted again today. And it was certainly not what I got the day before this is disgusting. And it was not cooked all the way and I won’t even eat it. It’s bouncy and watery. Please find who make it yesterday and let them cook it always. Last night’s delicious orange & Kung Pao plate VS. tonight’s water sauce and questionable chewy chicken.

The person I dealt with was Kade, he was excellent. I also enjoy the food. There have been occasions where the food I want has been unavailable, even the fried rice, but it’s been awhile since that has happened when I’ve tried to order. I hope that continues to be true.
