Usually this panda is pretty average, but Sunday night 4/2/23 we ordered a bowl and a plate and they somehow forgot the entrees on the plate. Called them as soon as we sat down to eat and a manager named “Avin” took my info down and said to come back and they’ll make it right. Turns out she never wrote my name or order number down, and they wouldn’t even offer a refund. Really disappointed in the level of customer service received.

I typically like Panda Express, but this one left something to be desired. Despite going during noon on a Saturday where I imagine dish turnover is highest, the food was still a little stale. Price was still quite reasonable, so I’ll give it a 4/5 value for cost.

I love panda express. Iv never had a problem before and there food is delicious. But when an employee is impatient, keeps walking away from you while trying to give her your order, then argues with you about what you want and the unwillingness to give it to you is just uncalled for. And I was not asking for anything unusual. Just wanted some chicken they had in there trays. Won’t be going back to that panda express.
