They are constantly running behind. Food is never ready leaving no option for the employees but to ask the customer to wait ten minutes for food to be ready. The employees also get annoyed when you ask for a new batch of what ever to be made if you don’t want to take the hours old scraps that barely make a serving. It smells like sewage inside of the restaurant and you must go in because this place lacks a drive-through. The interior is a mess, they have chairs missing the backs and no one has cleaned tables or swept the floors sense the place opened at 11:00. Not impressed with this location and super disappointed that it’s the only one in edmond.

This Panda Express location at the time of my visit was having work done in the dining area. It was pretty loud, thankfully I was getting an order to go. All of the food looked like it had been sitting for a while. This alone didn’t lower my rating, however not having items listed on the menu with what the food looked like did. The employee provide the customer service as expected. Until the work in the dining area is completed I would not recommend dining at this location, it was hard to hear the employees over the noise from the work being done on the dining area.

They are constantly refilling their prepared food bowls with freshly cooked food and some want to argue that it’s not fast enough and they never have food. I don’t mind waiting a couple minutes while they fry up some fresh stuff. Our problem with this place is the tables in the seating area are constantly dirty and gross to the point that we only do takeout. The place is not really set up very well inside as the front of the line is close to one of the entry doors. Therefore the line, though not really very long, is meandering into the restaurant and close to the door itself. Also huge knock is there is no drive thru. Probably not a way to be able to put a drive thru in the way the strip center is situated but they should really try even if they have to take traffic back along the back. I think it’d be worth it.

I had a good experience today with Joaquin. This gentleman was attentive and jumped up as I walked in the door ready to serve me. Thank you. Will be returning only because of his service. The food here is absolutely horrible. Every. Single. Time. But they are usually fast and it’s in a good part of town so it’s an easy choice.

3 years I’ve attempted to give this place a shot. It’s time corporate get involved and have a chat with whoever owns this place. If I ate this Panda for the first time, I’d never come back. Thankfully I’ve been a patron since 2003 and know better. Stay far away from this place!

All my rice is crunchy, underneath what’s shown in the picture is just more crunchy pieces everywhere. There was a wait on chow mein why couldn’t the rice just be made fresh as well since i was going to wait for that anyway? We waited 5 min and when the chow mein was ready the employees helped new customers and made their plates first before finishing old orders. Didn’t make sense to me ♂️ if you are scraping the bottom of the pan you can see, feel that it’s hard, if you don’t like hard rice why sell it???????

Typical American Chinese fast food. As a overseas Chinese, I found the taste too western and not really home cooked or restaurant cooking style at all. However, if you are home away from home and havi g aittle craving for something familiar, it’ll do just that. Overall, I am neutral in my opinion.

Worst panda express ever. Corporate should be ashamed to let these people represent their brand. Food in unedable. Will make you sick. Took back and argued for almost an hour before they would refund my money. Will not return ever.

Every visit here they are understaffed. There is only 1 person taking orders and cashing out customers. This inefficiency cause the lines of at least 20 people. I think the food is good and fresh but they need to work in staffing. Also ordering online didn’t work either. It only gave options to order ala cart and when you do it asks you to select a quantity but you can’t. I will stop coming here after today if I walk in again and there is only 1 person serving with 20 people in line.

Stood in line for 20 minutes only to find out majority of the food was gone. I told the worker it’d fine I’ll wait for them to make more and they responded they aren’t making anymore food tonight…..YALL DKNT CLOSE FOR ALMOST 2 HOURS!!! How are you going to tell 10+ people in line that you aren’t making any food for the remainder of the evening lol place is a joke. No wonder it has 3 stars
