Ordered Brocolli and Beef. Got Just Brocolli! Had to go right back through the slow line. At the speaker they wanted to argue that it’s just a random scoop. ?Nothing connected to them that maybe this is all brocolli, maybe I should add at least one piece of meat??? Really???

There are only two highchairs for the whole restaurant and no changing table in the restroom for babies. My husband had to change our son on the sink counter, and hold him in his lap because there weren’t enough highchairs. The tables were all dirty and there was a pile of trash on the floor the entire time and multiple employees walked right past it. An employee who I think may have actually been the manager was working in several areas including the order line and was so short tempered, he would repeat himself by yelling before we even had time to process what he said the first time. I understand being short-staffed but being short-tempered with customers is not cool. None of the employees ever smiled, even at each other.

Manager was not nice neither was staff waited 15 minutes then got cold food. When I asked him to remake my plate he said it’s not cold it was under a heat lamp. As a Manager you don’t make excuses you apologize and remake the food. We are regulars here and have never been so disappointed. We did get hot food after 25 minutes.

Place was clean and the workers were diligent, fast and kind. The food was hot and delicious! I got the walnut shrimp, orange chicken and the lo mein- the shrimp was really good and they paired the walnuts with a sweet sauce! The combination was a nice surprise. The orange chicken was really good with a small hint of heat (though I’m extremely sensitive to anything spicy so for you it may not be at all) and the noodles were perfect.

Really enjoyed the orange chicken. I was grateful that it wasn’t very spicy. It was really flavorful! The chow mein noodles were alright, but could have been better. Overall, it was a tasty meal.

It was during the supper hour, so extra personnel are expected in multiple modes for customer service. If a little more attention were given to dine in customers while the drive-through were busy, the experience would have been 5star. Great food, as always.

My husband and I went there tonight for the first time. Awful! Drivethru was fast but at what cost? The guy on the speaker was rude and did no make an effort to take our orders right and politely. First, they did not have anything of what I asked for initially which is fine because it was 30min before closing time so I ordered the beef and broccoli but when I get home I literally had NO BEEF, only broccoli! Like wth!! Then my husband ordered the shrimp and he got orange chicken instead (?). And as if that wasn’t enough, we got only one fortune cookie and it didn’t even have a fortune inside it was just an awful experience overall! Will not be coming back. Very dissapointed with this location.
