The up most unsatisfactory experience ever. Placed N order on their website 45 minutes before they closed. Went to pick up food and drive thru line long and actively having customers enter the establishment to eat. Food was not ready when I went to pick up nothing even put in containers. I was told oh we are out of fried rice and out jof . Watching an employee dump and entire container of fried rice made me question the reasoning behind that as well. After looking at what good they did have available it was dry looking as if it had been sitting there for hours, sauces dried and burnt to the metal pans they sat in. Then when I requested a refund I was told the manager is not here we can’t to that. I was told,”Oh we tried to call her earlier mad she didn’t answer.” I insisted for them to call again and she did yet I was still told I could not have a refund tonight. It would take 2-3 business day before I would receive anything. I requested a copy of my receipt and she said,”Oh you can just take a picture of it.” The worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant with horrible customer service!!! Julie and Toni should be made known to everyone it’s the industry they work in to provide customer service and they are horrible at it!!!

Horrible, horrible service. This place has gone down hill, recently, in the past few months. The people who work here don’t care about their job. Always have to wait over 5 mins for someone to take my order in the drive thru and always have to wait over 10 mins for my food. The workers don’t greet you at all, if you choose to go inside to order. Their lobby is always closed. Why? I assume everyone should be staffed by now and if you are staffed, why does your lobby continue to close? The worst experience I have was with Julie, Jessica, and Toni, about the ridiculous long wait I have, when I was told it’ll be only 7 mins. To think they should be more professional, because they are “managers or shift managers.” These 3 are like a little clique that instantly bullied me and talked in a different language in front of me, regarding my order, laughed about it, and refused to compensate me for anything. I’ll be sure to let corporate know how “professional” their “managers” are acting and running the place.

Pretty good employees and service. But the food seems and tastes more cheap and trashy than about a year ago. Then again, the raise of prices over foods and their suppy of good has decreased. Which would be more money saving to be fair, and the taste of food really does the talking for itself…

The guy who took my order and the cooks were cool. The manager was barking orders at everyone and micromanaging the staff. Extremely uncomfortable. Should probably retrain the manager. 8/18 @ 1700ish.

Lobby always closed to public causing long lines at drive thru. They are only doing this to “un-create” jobs. Making the customer wait a long time in the dive thru, just to line the owners pockets. None of the money saved by doing this is passed on to the staff. Bad company.

This location doesn’t make fresh food after 8:30 pm although they don’t close until 9:30. I was given soggy chicken that tasted like it had been sitting for a while and was told they weren’t able to make any fresh food because the kitchen had already began to close. She also admit the orange chicken had been sitting for a minute and still went on to tell me they weren’t able to make more. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this location. Should have asked for my money back.

The wait is always horrible!! They mess up a lot!! It usually doesn’t bother me except today!! $9.40 for a bigger plate and has less food than a bowl!! Called the store they acted like, I am the one in the wrong?! No replacement nor apology!! I will never visit this location again even after years of eating here! I will tell everyone I know!!

Missing items. I ordered beef broccoli to go along got literally a little piece of what looked like beef and a whole lot of broccoli. Should charge less if they cant add the meat. This has happened the last 2 times i have gotten drive thru orders.
