Highly disappointed in the quality of our food. We got chow mein and it seemed more like salad mein. Our portions were vastly different from each entree and the rice and hard yet mushy at the same time. Would not recommend going to this location. Nothing like the one in Denton.

This is one best Pand Express in the area. The buffet line is well-stocked, unlike other P.E. who only has certain menu items on the line. The food is well-seasoned, although it could have been warmer temperature wise. They have the best Black Pepper Chicken. I’ll drive the extra 30 minutes to get it. The service is friendly and the restaurant is clean.

DO NOT GO HERE… Every single time we drive through, we don’t get what we ordered & they don’t even tell

I’ve gone to this Panda for 15+ years and consistently had long wait times in the drive-thru. Today, I waited for 5 minutes at the intercom with no attention. Drove up to the window & had to knock on it to order. While waiting for my order, other disgruntled “potential customers” sped around the drive thru with restaurant rage (honking and such). It’s unfortunate that Panda loses so much business due to a lack of staffing.

Here is the breakdown: the food was really great AFTER we FINALLY got it. The lady before me asked for Teriyaki Chicken they explained it was going to be a 15min wait, to which the lady said she would… I asked for the same thing and the other employee stated it would be 20mins for my order. When I informed her that I had heard it was 15mins and I didn’t mind waiting she rolled her eyes and gave me an attitude. So that brings me to the service side of this review. The service was very unprofessional. Most of these employees looked around and moved as if they were forced to earn a paycheck. No one smiled, no one greeted you, and no one thanked you for coming. They all were mopey and unhappy. The atmosphere was downtrodden but the place was clean so that was good. We are definitely going to stick to the location off of 377.

Ummm, if it was once or twice I’d dismiss it but EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. we order egg rolls they’re missing from the order. Do y’all really jack people for their egg rolls? This is literally the 7th time in 2023. Figure this out because it’s a big problem.

Every time we’ve been ordering take out through drive thru during our lunch time. ESTELLA is the most rudest person ever. She has this attitude of “ I don’t want to be here” she hands off the bag like almost just tossing it in a rush. We always say thank you and she just walks away so quickly afterwards. She needs to improve on her customer service skills. If you don’t like working there please go somewhere else. No need to be rude.

There’s a reason this place is 3.9 rated. Went there tonight the teriyaki chicken was a 20 min wait they said, they gave me very very small portion of everything, they forgot my meat side item I paid for, the mixed vegetables were extremely salty like someone didn’t know what they’re doing, the spring rolls were soggy and cold – other than that it was pretty good. Lol.

Chow mein for 4 people, everyone’s had a thick layer of veg under the surface. More than the noodles. My plate with two proteins came with over a double serving of orange chicken instead of half grilled teriyaki without anyone saying anything. One of our proteins was in a small seperate box and smaller portion. This is the worst experience I’ve had at a chain I previously thought pretty highly of.

For dine-in, it took 25 min to get food and there were only 4 people in front of me. Almost every worker is working on drive thru and online orders because there is a timer for those services and they get graded. I am very certain that the cars that came way after me got their food much earlier than I did. The food was ok and the portion was good.
