My kid has hungry and loves this place. Her favorite dish is just a large Orange Chicken. The line was a bit long, but it went fast. The team was not super friendly but that is mostly because they were trying to hurry I am sure.

The driver was well over an hour late to deliver to my office. Watched the map and he was here just driving in circles, i did provide my number for driver to call if lost but he didn’t. When he finally came up to second level to my office he said google sent him in circles but he had entered in a different address than what I had entered in my order….Since he was late and came in when he did, I was on a conference call at my desk and he tried chatting up a storm of his experience of delivering… Sorry but this is why I ordered delivery, because I was in meetings all day and couldn’t take time away to go eat…but could eat while working. Food was hardly nuke warm. My office does have a microwave and its fine microwaved but being my office is a 10 minute drive that it would still be warm/hot….as well as not almost an hour late. Guess I wont be using this location but maybe another location or simply not order while I’m at the office…

Super rude staff. Gave my daughter a bowl of Kung Pao chicken with barely any chicken. Responded very rudely when I pointed the same out and made another bowl with even less chicken. Not going there again.

Took the time to do a survey and for some reason the coupon wouldn’t scan. The lady kept saying the code was expired, but it was not. She just said there was nothing she could do. Always have issues with this location. Customer service is terrible. Won’t be coming back.

Worst experience. The cashier had the audacity to complain and racially profile me for asking for extra sriracha. The nerve of this woman. And when confronted, she stayed quiet and acted like nothing happened. In these kind words “ The sriracha is to eat here, I already gave you enough, it’s not to take the packets home and use at home”.

The food wasn’t that good; the mixed rice and noodles didn’t have flavors or salt. I wouldn’t say I liked the orange chicken, and the Angus steak was ok. Overall the quality was very little compared to the price of $11 for a small quantity.
