Lady ripped me off telling me the bowl is the same size as the plate. She didn’t honor my coupon for the bowl because I had extra meat. It too should’ve been half price. Since they don’t allow extra using coupon, I told her to cancel coupon & to put the food in original 2 entree plate & fill it up; which is my usual order for $20.. She said it was the same & I just took it to move on. In conclusion, the coupons are worthless, and so was the customer service.

I’ve eaten at this location numerous times, with having consistent satisfactory with the portions and quality of my meals, as well as for employee interaction and friendliness/attentiveness. I wanted to write this review because I’ve witnessed some of the customers who’re unreasonable, unhappy and rude, and will exhibit emotional and reactionary behavior towards the employees then leave a poor review here. Reviews can definitely determine if a place is good, or there are hit or miss moments and there force solidify your decision to dine in or not. But do not be discouraged by these reviews. Overall it’s clean, the employees are friendly, the portions are more than enough, and food is always fresh.

GO! EAT! STAY FOR AWHILE! This location is fairly new and is close to the Firewheel Mall and local convention areas. Nice surroundings and shopping. Here, we found the quality of the menu as exactly listed on the Panda websites. I ordered a bowl with pecan shrimp, and actually found pecans and good sized shirts in the bowl! The noodles were cooked perfectly, not too dry or greasy. Nice staff and short wait lines. Please give these folks a visit, I believe you’ll enjoy it!

I will never go here again. I asked for something and they gave me something else thinking I wouldn’t notice. When I told her that’s not what I asked for, she put everything back in the tray from the plate. That is gross. I had to additionally tell her to make a new bowl for me because I didn’t want the other stuff juices in there.

It’s like that Chinese food you get at the mall order would take out it’s not a lot of slop and there’s way more vegetables in there or anything else. The crab raccoons are not good I mean technically they’re crab Rangoon’s, but I wouldn’t order them get the beef broccoli but it’s gonna come with a Tonna broccoli weigh more broccoli the beef and you’re gonna end up eating rice the whole night.

Is ANY of their orange chicken cooked well, I’ve had to spit out like half of my chicken already because it’s all chewy and weird. I’m not sure if they’re corporate or franchise but either way the chicken should not feel chewy. I can state this enough, it’s chewy. I would ask for a refund for one of the little boxes but I didn’t buy this food my mom did. They should give her the refund.
