Food was not fresh. Arrived about 5pm, this had to be the scraps from lunch. I hope I don’t get sick. I took a pic of my plate, but apparently my camera didn’t save it… Ugh. Damn android. Anyway, the super greens were soggy and dark brown/black and super mushy. And they did not provide any teriyaki sauce, even after I reminded them. Not pleased.

The people at the drive thru were great, very helpful when they took my order, but the issue is that what we ordered was not in the bag. When we unpacked the food, the portions we ordered were wrong and no one picked up the phone when I called about it. We ordered a medium bowl with 2 meats (only one included), another plate (missing), a large bowl and a 2 entree plate……….. seriously? $50 for that? I tried calling multiple times and no one answered. Great job manager!!

Cannot share the atmosphere I did the drive-thru. They were very generous with the extra sauce that I asked for. The food was hot, well prepared, and tasty. Panda Express is one of those places no matter what state you can depend upon to be prepared the same way always.

They are always so busy which is great for the business owner but can certainly drag when you are on a time crunch! The food overall is consistent. The spicy chicken has been subpar as of late. Less spice that I would desire but this is certainly a personal preference. The place has always had great customer service and never forgets my fortune cookie!!

Someone get the old man with glasses some customer service courses!!! Why is he so bitter towards women customers? Put a bag directly in my face again and the bottom of my shoe will meet yours! Also, he doesn’t need to raise his voice either. Instead of donating to the children’s fund we can all make a donation for his new hearing aids since he wants to act all loud.

The staff are always fantastic and cheerful, friendly as well. It’s always a cheerful voice in the drive though and have never had a messed up anything, spot on every time. Kudos to the mgmt here and the staff being so great and well above average for a quick fast food trip… Super consistent! Great restaurant!
