Food was cold, greens were brown, noodles were hard, something black in the orange chicken. Service was awesome. Very disappointed. Panda Express is usually super fresh food. Sorry guys.

Really bad customer service in the drive thru. Every time I go to this place is empty (no rush hr) and is missing so many items from the menu. How if they are running low can’t anticipate and instead they have customers waiting for more than 10 mins?

Food is always old here and doesn’t taste very good. Every time I go here thinking maybe the last time was a bad day, same thing every time the food has set out to long and is dried out and wasn’t cooked all the way through in the beginning. I won’t go back again.

I love Panda Express but this is the most disgusting one ever. They were out of 4 different entrees so basically let me know what they DID have in the Drive-Thru. I opted for a secondary choice for my second entree. Drove up, paid, my food was already bagged up, no wait, drove to the nearest parking lot, parked to eat my lunch and it was CLEARLY not fresh food. I immediately drove back to the restaurant and drove to the drive-thru asking for a refund. She refused to give me my money back since I had tasted the food (how would I have known it wasn’t fresh???) and said my food was prepared fresh when ordered, ( with no wait time in drive thru)??but offered to make fresh if I could wait 12 to 15 minutes but ALSO said I had to purchase another entree.???? This is the poorest customer service I have ever experienced in any restaurant I’ve ever been to. I will not be back and I encourage anyone who does eat here to not let them fool you that the food is fresh. YUCK

This day was bad they had no food and it was all over cooked or not cooked all the way. They had orange chicken , sweet fire, noodles, rice had just eggs in it and wasn’t done. The service sucked all the workers had attitudes. Like it was the customers fault . Just all around unfriendly and rude. Dont think we will be going back anytime soon….

I order three large entrees. The honey walnut shrimp container was 3/4 full. To charge almost $19 for this portion is ridiculous! I’ve ordered Panda Express from all over the country (I’m a trucker) and this location felt like highway robbery!! The vegetables had no seasoning at all and that container wasn’t full either. The chow mein was good and the container was filled appropriately. 2 stars for the chow mein!!

I write this with a heavy heart. I love Panda Express but I don’t know what the issue is with this location. Their portion sizes are inconsistent, their staff is not friendly or welcoming, their rice is often times dry and undercooked, and they never are ready for restocking entres. Panda corporate should shut this location down. It’s a lost cause.
