Sandra one of the workers there she was a really rude and un respectful. When she ask me want I want in my bowl and told her chow mein and … I was thinking and later I told her and rice, half and half and she responded me “oh well you don’t told me from the beginning that just want half rice and half chow mein” and I was on shock about how she respond me … later I continue with the rest of the order and she continue with the rude attitude until I told her, if you don’t want to help because your having a bad day, told another person to help me please? And she was really upset and she does not even apologize.

Just left there about an hour ago some little young teenage girl has a horrible attitude kept rushing me deariing my order so i put her in her place usually never had a rude person at the window there before … but she’s got a sorry attitude but once again the majority of these KIDS now do . . Was kinda busy, and they were having trouble keeping the food line full. I ordered and they put my bowl on a tray. They were out of what my husband ordered and we were left waiting, while they served drive through. By time my husband’s order was ready, my food was still on the tray behind the line, and COLD. They should be more prepared for peek hours.

Hope you’re not wanting the “plate bundle” that is advertised inside the fast food restaurant. Even though we specifically asked what was on the plate bundle, and was told what was on the plate bundle. We were told AFTER Katie made our plates that they No longer offered that. This was after we waited for her to finish her conversation on the headset she was having. She rudely made our plates then BOLD faced lord to use about how much our order was. THEN continued to lie to the manager Doris that we didn’t ask for the plate bundle. Then after we had paid and received our orders continued to argue with us about what was said. We had to “ask” for our sauce, none was offered to us. She rolled her eyes at us when we did ask.

There was no noodles in my chow mein. Was a surprise when I got home as I used drive through hardly any meat in the Beijing beef. All peppers and onions. Have never had a bad experience here until now. Posted pic. Compare to the other pic posted on here of others dish. Look at the noodle ratio difference
