This is the view of their food line at 8:40pm on a Friday night. We waited in the drive thru line before having to come in due to their young staff’s rude behavior at the window. After waiting in line maybe 20 minutes, we were told they were out of rice. RICE?! This isn’t a rare occurrence for this location either. We come on plenty occasions, day or night, and they are out of something! We can understand that restaurants run out of stuff that’s reality. But what’s horrible about this place is their customer service. People work hard for their money to spend and try to enjoy a quick and easy dinner. Basic customer service skills and empathy is lacked by their staff. To me that’s worse than no food inventory because at that point I honestly don’t want or trust you to prepare my food. A lot of people in the Sunnyvale/Mesquite area were so excited about this locations opening. It’s truly sad that it turned into a disappointment of an establishment like this. They are definitely losing business by the day. They also closed their doors before their official closing time of 9:30pm. I’m guessing to get an earlier start on their nights. Special thanks to Jeremiah and Chloe (sp.?) for the awful customer service and carelessness they displayed for the Panda Express brand. It should be basic common sense to not laugh in a customer’s face while their expressing a concern. Sadly common sense isn’t so common.

Andrew at Panda Sunnyvale is awesome. I had a catering order that i placed and paid for and then the date of the meeting was changed. He made sure we could defer the pick up date along with his manager. Today when I got there to pick up our order he had it ready and was very helpful. Just wanted to give him and the team there a shout out!!

This place needs real management Never ever ever have food. They can be busy and see they’re running out of orange chicken and will wait till it’s completely gone to start it . The girls that work there are super rude and almost mad they have to serve you . When they do have food it’s not cooked well mushy rice , super greens not steamed etc.

I come here often, but i can say my experience here hasn’t been good at all. It’s like every single time i come they tell me to wait 10 minutes when in reality i end up waiting up to half an hour which is absurd. Not only that but this happens almost every time even when it is not busy. To add on top of that I have to make sure my order is correct because of how many times ive got missing food or just a wrong order. I hate to be the type to leave a bad review but I’m just fed up with the lack of professionalism at this location.

Always out of food. Don’t matter what time you show up. Here me out when you go to a burger place do they say sorry we’re out of burgers ? This particular Panda is always out of rice , chicken , etc. Need employees that care about the customers also bc the ones there with the exception of some of the guys would rather you not come in. They enjoy saying they’re out of food. So you’ll leave. Corporate needs a call

TERRIBLE!! The food at this location is trash!!! I asked for beef broccoli and they only gave me the broccoli l. I mean LITERALLY NO MEAT!!! None!! When I went back, the staff and management tried to tell me that they can’t give a large portion and ignored me saying they gave me nothing!! The food isn’t great. Stay at the town east location. DONT GO TO THE SUNNYVALE LOCATION!!! Don’t do it!!!!!!

This was the last time we are trying this Panda Express. We showed up an hour before closing to order for 5 people and are told they are out of super greens. So we ask can they make more. We are told they close in a little over an hour. So I ask does that mean you can’t? She asked me to hold and says they can but there is a 10 min wait. Great!! I’ll wait. So I order more food. Oops they are out of Shrimp only have enough for one kids. So I ask how long the wait will be. They inform me they are already making me more super greens they are not going to make us another menu item they are out of. She reminded me they close in 1 hour and 7 mins. And the kitchen closes in 37 mins. This happens every other time we go. It is infuriating. Last time they were out of orange chicken. I don’t leave negative reviews. Every place can have a bad day but this place is consistently out. But on the good note if they happen to have what you want the food is good.

I ordered and orange chicken bowl and kids meal, I didn’t receive my orange chicken but instead got kung Pao… And the guy Amad M has a trash attitude. Sweet you need to calm down and be nice.. ain’t nobody want to deal with all that attitude when we’re just trying to eat.

It has been awhile since we have eaten at Panda Express. Didn’t care for the taste the last time we ate here. The food was delicious and a little sticky and mushy on the rice but there chicken egg rolls were pretty tasty. Will give it another try soon.
