We love Panda Express, so we are very familiar with the chain. This is not the best place we have visited, but it’s conveniently nearby so we come once in a while. Food portions are smaller than other locations and their orange chicken is inconsistent, sometimes good, sometimes something I would not order again.

Everyone was polite, and the store was clean. The missing star goes to upper management. I ordered a family meal. The two sides were filled. Two of the three entrees were filled. The shrimp, on the other hand, were counted. From my angle, it didn’t look like they were fast from the top, but when I got home, I realized that the box was only 2/3 full. Nowhere did I read the number of shrimp per order. I ordered a certain size and expected what I usually get. This employee was clearly following an expectation set by higher-ups, who make their employees look bad by not seeing these appropriate expectations with their customers.

Went and order 2sides of bejan beef with noodles, ask the server if the beef is fresh and was told it just had came out. Left and got to work, open the container the beef had burnt smell and was burnt, on top of that I ordered 4 spring rolls they sorted me with 2. I ordered side of walnut shrimp that was missing after waiting for 10mnts for the food tried calling them for 15- 20 mnts but they have recorded msg saying no one can take the call.

Terrible experience. Honey sesame was soggy.. I Shouldn’t have to wait for food to be cooked if they call it out to chef . My food got cold waiting on egg-rolls because red shirts didn’t tell chef. Then Alfonso gave me the most clueless look. Then charged me full price. It makes spending $50 on food undesirable.

Half of the entrees was empty or looked like it’s been sitting under the light for a while. The fried rice had very few vegetables in it. They were also very skimpy on the food they were serving. I wouldn’t recommend this location but there are other locations that are much better and cleaner.

Stingy with their shrimp. I spent over $13 for 5 shrimps ?? Then, some gnat thing flies out of my food and noodles and beef steak taste very nasty. It’s close to work, however I will not be going there anymore. Food has horrible quality and their people need to have better customer service js

Horrible no matter what time of day you show up. Placed online order, get home and missing “both” entrees and another with incorrect sides. Like how does that happen? How could you ring up my order without opening the container?!?!? Even sadder when I Called regarding this massive oversight NO ONE bothers to answer the phone after Many attempts. You have the nerve to serve customers Any damn thing but No nerve to answer the phone and hear the feedback on how bad of a job your employees and apparently store management staff are doing. Never will I waste my coins again. Customer service sucks with no regard to inconveniencing it’s customers. Sometimes sorry just won’t do it.

Service, food, portion one word TRASH. The Asian lady (manager) literally counted out my pieces of Teriyaki chicken while placing them in my tray. The Teriyaki and Sweet fire chicken were dried out over cooked. What a disappointment?! Had I not had only a 30 min lunch, I would’ve went elsewhere.
