As I pulled in I saw one of the workers pick up the tongs grab some meat from one of the bowls and took it off with her hand and walked off eating. I went inside and I ordered 2 of the 2 plate entree plates. Most of the food look like it had been sitting and there was little to no fried rice. I asked if they were making any fresh food and she was like no this is it. I asked if they had any more fried rice because and she hesitated and stated that it was some in the back. I told her I would like fried rice so she snatched the plates up with an attitude went to back and put the rice on the plates. She came back and asked what entree would I like and I said orange chicken and the sesame honey chicken for both plates. She fixed the first plate and as she began to fix the 2nd plate the lady working drive through came and started making plates. She asked me again what I wanted for the 2nd plate after I had told her I wanted the same for both plates. So I told her again and she put the orange chicken on the plate and asked me again for the other entree and I told her a 3rd time. What she was doing was allowing the drive thru worker to take all of the 2nd entree I requested. The drive thru worker came and fixed 3 bowls of the honey sesame chicken after I had requested 3 times and she act like she didn’t hear me. Then she told me it was first come first serve. If that was the case how was my first plate fixed with the honey sesame chicken before the lady from drive came over. This place is ridiculous and don’t deserve any stars. I asked were was the manager and of course it was the young girl working drive thru. I won’t be going back. As you can see in the pictures I have one plate with honey sesame chicken and one without.

If I could give the service a zero …I would ! The lady that took my order was polite but tell me why when I drove up the window to pick my food the lady(Mia M according to my recipt) that served me drink and took payments was very rude … I was still talking when she shut the window in my face and she had served me a wrong drink and I still politely requested she changed it cos I emphasized on orange Fanta with no ice when making my order. She took the drink back and brought back another one with ice but I tried severally to get her attention when she was putting in the ice but she just ignored me . I got my food and it was all veggies, almost no lo-mein in it .. same as my son’s. The portions are sooo tiny and this has constantly been my complaints at this location… I’ll stick to the McKinney location . I’ve never had a good experience here! Definitely not going back.

The Panda Express McKinney has more consistent food, this one runs out of food before they close and they have to re-cook the rice so it can be annoying. But decent food, fast for the most part. Sign up for their rewards by downloading the mobile app so you can get a discount!! Best food is probably the orange chicken.

Went there today for the first time and was greeted and helped by the manager. I believe his name is Jonathan. He was very friendly and nice. There was a line but he made sure he helped everyone out. Food was freshly made as well.
