The food had a great flavor as always, however I do not recommend going through the drive thru because they will rip you off! I ordered a bowl with chow mein and Beijing beef….after I ate the maybe 5 noodles that were in the bowl and the meat all I had left was CABBAGE AND ONIONS! When they actually have food, it’s mid at best. Typically, at this location, you’ll say, “I’d like 1 cup of water,” and they tell you to pull around while they cook it must be a poor management issue. The other location never has this problem and has more customers in general.

Justin R in the drive thru window was very rude I can’t believe the type of customer service that they allow. He shut the window on us and told us to leave because we were asking for missing utensils and drinks. He was so disrespectful and refused to come to the window, knowing there was a line of customers waiting! We did not move until someone else came to the window and assisted us. If you don’t like your job quit but don’t treat customers that way! Hope this gets addressed.

Only used this location a couple times and always an issue and rude… pulled up and ordered plate with white rice and guy said let me check if we have any… lady gets on and says no white rice unless you wait 40 minutes and in a very rude tone.. I ask why no white rice and she said a catering event took all the white rice… pulled around and picked up order, asked for Terryaki and soy and drove off… get home, no Terryaki and no soy… they do not make you feel they care at all… I would think a pre planned catering is not a surprise so basically just horrible management at this location, I will drive to another location from now on…very disappointing, guess they feel it is a captive audience on South Broadway and we are just.lucky to have them there…. Hard Pass!

Delicious Panda Express. We all know it’s not the most healthy option but whoooo is it good. Honey walnut shrimp is plentiful and delicious. Orange chicken is tender and tasty. Chow Mein…is noodlicous! It stayed warm the 20 minutes it took to get it home too.

Came here to have dinner. The food looks appealing but does not have taste to it. The egg rolls are microwaved and the fried rice taste old. The greens are over cooked. But the staff was very friendly so there is hope.
