Poorly managed kitchen staff is this locations downfall. Food is rarely fresh and often you end up with the scraps from the bottom of the hot holding or waiting for a new batch. On more than one occasion the lack of communication between the wok line and the serving staff has been obvious. Most recently on a Saturday night it took 15 minutes to get through a drive thru line. EVERY car in front of me and behind was parked to await our orders. After waiting another 10 minutes I went inside to ask the status of my order and was asked if I was made aware when I ordered that it would be a 20 minute wait for teriyaki chicken. I said no but I’d already been waiting longer than that so it shouldn’t be much longer. No he replied we are about to start cooking it now so 20 MORE minutes. That would’ve made my wait time 45+ minutes total from start to finish. Frustrated I just got substitute orders instead. All of this could be avoided with proper communication between the line and servers taking orders. I’ve worked every position in similar wok cooking restaurants including K.M. and with proper management and communication situations like this can be remedied. Hopefully they take steps to fix the issues because it is a very busy location.

The food was just blah this time. Staff was friendly enough, they were fairly busy that night, I placed a mobile order ahead but it looked like there was a group order for takeout that was ahead of mine and I did have to wait for about 15 minutes past my time on the order, but that wasn’t really an issue as I wasn’t in a huge rush.

The Orange Chicken is exceptional. I went through the drive-thru to get it. I have eaten inside before and found the restaurant to be clean and well maintained. The employees were courteous and got my order correct each time I have been here. I am pleased with Panda’s food and service. I get 2 meals out of the bowl serving. Recommended.

I went there tonight to order my daughter and I food and it was delicious ! I did have to wait about 10 minutes, but the food was hot, and delicious. Picked up around 8pm. All the staff was very friendly also.

If your wanting beef and broccoli expect less beef.. which I don’t mind having more broccoli but come on now this plate is 9$!! Money NOT well spent. Was not a fan of the orange chicken and the rice was very dry.

Came through the drive thru to grab a bowl to go. We went with the walnut shrimp and noodles. Both were very tasty and hot. I wish I got more sauce and walnuts though since it is an upcharge. I always get only 7 shrimp, but different places will vary on the amount of sauce and walnuts. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was because there was no walnuts, and hardly any sauce in my bowl today. The cashier was pleasant, and there wasn’t a long wait for our food. We will stop in again when in the area.

Taste was the same I bought 3-2 entrée plates but big guy was super stingy I received half of what I normally get from other pandas luckily I was just passing thru Jacksonville or I would never eat there I wanted to say that’s okay but I had waited on them to cook green bean chicken and I didn’t wanna be rude
